Morning all. Thanks for the lists Natty (last wk) and Dusty this. Have you two got a good cop bad cop routine going as last week's lists were bigger I'm sure;)

Welcome back to Penelope Penguin and Mrs Mortenharkett and welcome to the new flyers.

Pigpen- I hate sick too, especially when they get it in their hair. I had to redecorate DS's bedroom this year due to the amount of sick he managed to get all over the walls. I also distinctly remember scooping it off his duvet and into the toilet too:eek: I share your pain!

We have come down with colds in the thifty household so my energy levels aren't great but I will try.
So far I have pegged out 2 loads of washing and have just washed another.
Time to attack the kitchen and then the ironing pile- I sometimes iron teatowels too!

    Welcome back!

I have no conservatory roof! Thankfully the sun is shining, they have tarped and boarded the floor and gently removed the blinds. How exciting. Shall we take bets on how many days they get through without a hitch? These building projects never go to plan...

DS struggled at school drop off again :( I thought we were getting somewhere - will have a cuddle and chat tonight about how I need him to "man up" ;) bless him.
Barely got a kiss off DD when I dropped her at nursery - first full day in their preschool area and off she trots over to her friends :D

Anyway, WFH today, so I'm going to put the kettle on - will check if roof folk want some too. Better find the biccie tin!

p.s. I've updated the challenge post on pg1 but I do need to award some more stars - so will skim last weeks posts again later on!

Washing on the line, sadly hanging there in the murk with no breeze.

Penpen welcome back, We are building a new wood store in October - how exciting is that!

So should be reading a document rather than messing about on here.

    Morning

Had a very rough night last night. Dd1 is full of asthma and cold have kept her off school to rest as I never trust how they manage inhaler time. Dd2 decided she wanted to fuss and scream from my bedtime until 1am. Choosing to eat every hour and a half. She must have put on 4oz over night. Then refusing the Moses basket by 5am so is back in my bed and cheekily fast asleep.
Why do they sleep longer next to you.
Having to keep a distance between 2 kids as little one is yet to have jabs. Also have to drag them out to register birth today as it's the only day dad can do. At least then she can be registered at the drs.

Welcome to the newbies Missymoo, Aliwalli, Mrsmortenharket and any others I missed.

Toochoosy I'm borrowing your dailies list, I hope you don't mind. I think it will greatly help me.

Thrifty.. she has had 2 baths this morning as she got it in her hair both times.. She is asleep on the sofa now.. unfortunately Delilah is not asleep otherwise I'd be snoring in my chair.

Roxy.. I've still not registered mine at the drs... she is just not allowed to be ill.. the other 2 are a right pair of sick notes this one is not allowed to be!

I have rescheduled the hospital appointment this afternoon.. it is now in 2 weeks as I have another appointment next Monday. 1/2 a load of washing out on the line.. the rest needs to go through again as it is still sicky... :( The lovely new duvet cover too!! My bedsheets are almost finished so I can put them on a second wash.. < Neurotic Nancy >

Guess I should check the bank accounts and feed the baby .. and boss OH to make more tea!
