Morning ladies.
Thanks Jo lovely story about Toots. Made me smile, what a girl!
How's Hubby CY?
Did 90 mins ironing last night. I was very tired after the school trip with DD2.
I'm working today so will have 3QH between school and work to fly. A friend has invited me to lunch so I hope my lady will let me slip out early.
I'm going to make the packed lunches now.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Morning all. Have just caught up with the thread so am starting the day wiping away tears at your lovely stories. Get a grip woman!
HB - you can either train and reassure MrsDog or you can do what I did for OldDog and get a bin that fits in a cupboard. Only joking, a bit.
Right, about to S&S in bathroom and then walk dogs. Have done the odd thing from the lists though, me challenge not going well, think I will give up for this week.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

Morning all
couldn't sleep so I have ironed yesterday's laundry (well almost all of it) and emptied the WM. I washed towels/clenaing cloths so they can go out on the line later. Checked bank account and I have a balance which is consecutive numbers - 12345. Unfortunately the decimal point goes near the beginning of that sequence. :rotfl:
Today my son is 20. This time 20 years ago I was unconscious! This is the first time one of the kids hasn't been home on their birthday.
I have also done some decluttering. And rescued many pets;)

Morning everyone.
Poor cat was sick last night and during the night. Ugh. Keeping an eye on him. Though he seems ok and running around.
Busy day.
Shopping
Dailies
Make something for SW.
Washing
Cat stuff.
Boiler guy coming.
Then will look at what I can do from the lists.
I tend to follow my own list then look at what else needs doing from the list.
Dull and misty here. I'm decluttering a cuppa then will get up.0 -
Miaoow I hope you have a less stressful day today.
Ive folded some washing and sorted through my summer suitcase well more or less. I keep finding stuff for the charity shop then stop and think oh maybe I could make something out of that. Now I've never made clothes in my life but would really like to give it a go now money's tight, I've got a sewing machine, think it might go on my toots list.
I've already hoovered upstairs yesterday but list for today is:
Make jam or chutney
Pick blackberries
Do fitness class this afternoon
Photograph eBay stuff
Put all washing away
Wash coloured stuff
Clean upstairs bathroom
Sort cooler box
Tidy lounge
Dust all bedrooms and downstairs
Look into course books
Now I'm pretty sure I won't get much of this done... But I can but try.0 -

Refed the WM, TD and DW. DS came down and said where's my jumper? I've literally just put it in the machine. Idiot boy. That'll teach him to not lose 2 jumpers in 2 weeks if he's cold today.
Mopped downstairs loo, utility, kitchen and bathroom floors (honestly it's not that much space as only the bathroom is a separate area IYSWIM!) and mopped the stairs on my way back down them. Just drunk another coffee and now off to jump into shower.

Morning all
Lots of early birds this morning. Not here though, as predicted the rising of DS2&3 was difficult. They both say they are going to bed early, they didn't go late last night.
I've yet to really start the flying yet this week but hope to catch up a bit today.
Ebay collection at lunchtime and I hope they are early, my friend is home from hospital and I know she didn't eat any lunch yesterday so I have bought her crackers and pate and fresh Tomato and thyme soup and sunbites to try to temp her today. So I need to pop around with my bossy head on.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
