Went for my weigh in tonight and another 3.5 pounds gone. Thats 2st 7.5 ibs gone in 10 weeks and approx another 7 to go. Can now fit in some size 12's. So pleased with all the crap in my life this year that I have managed to achieve this. About 2 weeks to go I think then I can eat again. I know it seems drastic but my BP is right down ans my acid reflux is all but gone. Last week DD gave me a size 12 winter coat she does not wear anymore as it is too big ( she is a 6-8). and boy did i feel good in it.
