Have ya missed me?
Had a lovely time in Spain with my mummy, then flew back Thurs night only for hubby to fly to India on Sat for 1 week with work. He missed DS's 4th birthday party yesterdaybut will be back for his party on Saturday.
So, what's been going on.... no chance of catching up so I'll just start from now:T
Does your OH work for LHM? DD1 does and is off to India a couple of times this month.0 -
These are oos for me too, can anyone see them in stock?

I can only see them as in stock at A. That is the only store that stocks them on my screen.0 -

I'll answer this as tactfully as I can Emmap.
Squilz let the booze talk, and he was wrong to single you out, or anyone else for that matter.
The day before attempting to giving up booze, is the day the boozer will drink alot more than usual.
That goes the same for fags or drugs or any other addiction.
As for the notion of slapping someone, if they called you something.
Would it be ok if a wife called her husband something that enraged him so much that he slapped her ?
Isn't that called domestic violence ?
But it would be ok for you to slap him because he is a man ?
The mods were correct to step in, no doubt, but you could have stepped in to, by backing off, and recognised that the man was drunk, and hitting the "ignore this poster button".
Just saying.
Fair enough frequent. What I mean is, regardless of circumstance, if you're under attack, it's human nature to defend yourself. I didn't attack squills personally, merely defended myself.
I lived with someone prone to drink so I've excused a fair bit in my time. But nastiness in any shape or form I will not ignore, or accept. I'd stand up for anyone on this forum being spoken to like that.Debt free 6th December 2014

If something is out of stock on MSM for Asda will it work as a trigger?
I'm looking at the 3 for £10's.
These are oos for me. http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=n-spa%20rituals%20shampoo
Not speaking about triggers or not, but I've had different experiences (as far as I know) in the past and this is one that confuses me:o. I've managed to buy "OOS" items in A and had them compare, on other occasions I've bought such items and they haven't appeared on the APG at all. (To my not-very-happiness as I wasn't using them as part of a multi. but just wanting to compare that item against the cheaper price elsewhere.)
Whether it depends on whether the product was OOS on msm at the exact time you purchased in the store or whether it was back in stock earlier or later that day on MSM, I've no clue!!:) (Or maybe the 'seven days' thing has something to do with it - or perhaps that's just when you are comparing vs prices at a competitor that has been showing OOS for a short time, and remember different things show as in and out of stock for different people, depending on location, and may have a different result signed in from signed out. Signed in may show your local competitor OOS, but they might be in stock signed out and it will compare to their price on APG. But that's about comparisons to competitor prices on non-triggers, not about triggers. I think you'd need everyone in your nation (Scotland has a different database due to alc. promotions) to be out of stock for A both in and out.
Princes Pomegranate 1L worked for me some months ago (this was the first time I tried it, not the more recent one) - but not as a trigger. I thought it wouldn't appear on the comp. as I couldn't find it on msm. It *did* appear on the comp. though, and I then found it was on msm but showing OOS but missed the multibuy as it wasn't showing the correct pricing on there. They may be "OOS" in the sense of "OOS at the price currently on msm", in the case of recent price changes that the system hasn't yet caught up with. But again this I think pertains more to competitors (e.g. T's full prices occasionally OOS on Tuesday nights when in fact they are now going half price - in stock, on the half price offer). They've also been regular items that seem eternally to show OOS for A in the past, although some of these have now been sorted out and do compare (as wished for, in my case).0 -
If someone called me what he called me in real life, they'd get a slap. As I can't slap anyone via the internet, I'm pleased the mods stepped in.
Evening all. purpledonkey took me out and about today....hope we've not missed a mega glitch!
Welcome back tiger. Hope you had a wonderful holiday- just off for a quick catch up
Awwww I feel like I've missed out now. I called you far worse things today and you didn't slap me. You owe me tomorrow!
Evening all, had a complete f' it day of buying what I wanted and eating !!!! (Em's fault). Sometimes you need it, even though in the end my biggest spend was for new bed sheets in Ikea for £10
Hope you're having lovely evenings. Here's one for the jukebox:
