Fantastic news rose, well done on your weight loss. :)

I'm embarrassed to say my signature is incorrect and since coming back off holiday I have not managed a single fast day and I am now back up to my start weight. :( I was actually thinking of starting again tomorrow. I have to be in the right frame of mind, I wanted to be back down to a size 10 by xmas but I cannot see that happening. Think maybe I should just aim for size 12. :o

Once I finish I will probably try to do 5.2 myself to keep it off.

I agree with that 100%, well nearly, the bit i've highlighted, sticks and stones right ?

I've the feeling i'm now on everyones ignore list, given it was my suggestion.

How many arguments are totally one sided ?

    The answer is zero.

You're not on my ignore list, either is Emma, Squills or SFSB...Hope everything settles soon. I don't press the ignore button... but I would with my OH if I could ;););)

URGENT INFO - Multibuy GLITCH ALERT
Just checked my shop done at 6.15pm this evening. Not expecting an APG result.....but Bulmers single bottles are 3 for £5 in Sada and shows as such on the receipt. However on the APG result against Sainsbob it thinks I paid single bottle price of £2.29 each.

I gained all my weight back again too:o

But I've just about got through today

You can do it. If your head is in the right place. But try not to put so much pressure on yourself :)

Thanks QoC, well done for getting through today. :)

I found it so much easier earlier this year and was doing so well, actually lost half stone altogether. If you can start again so can I. ;)

Chocolate feast before I got to bed. :D

I wouldn't really call it an argument! He basically just called me a series of names. Was more like trolling to be honest.

You're not on my ignore list. Aint nothing wrong with a bit of debate but that's definitely not what happened last night. Most of it was random and didn't make any sense to me what so ever. I hadn't even posted half of the stuff he was going on about.

    Oh well.

I was half a stone lighter too. Don't get me wrong, I've been far from perfect today, but I've had a couple of small victories too :)

    We can do it :T

Maybe better to get 6 bottles :)

    £60/£30 (£17)+(£5)+£6(QC) with C/C

    = £2 for 6 bottles :) (Ish)
