    Good Morning All,

I'm looking for a little bit of advice on buying a house as I've not got much experience of this.

I'm going to put an offer in for a house that has just been put up for sale, signs are up but not on the internet or in local papers yet. We were the first ones to view it at the weekend.

Asking price is 200k which I think is reasonable but I'm looking to get the best price possible. What do you think I should offer? Is it being cheeky putting a low offer in of 160k or have I got nothing to lose as it's a buyer's market.

    Thanks,
    Sad_Dad

Good luck with your first house purchase. I think you need to make your offer based on what you want to pay and how much you like the house. i.e. if you can cope with not getting the house go for the 160K, but if it is the house of your dreams..... you need to decide what is best for you and your family.

    Good luck

Went for my weigh in tonight and another 3.5 pounds gone. Thats 2st 7.5 ibs gone in 10 weeks and approx another 7 to go. Can now fit in some size 12's. So pleased with all the crap in my life this year that I have managed to achieve this. About 2 weeks to go I think then I can eat again. I know it seems drastic but my BP is right down ans my acid reflux is all but gone. Last week DD gave me a size 12 winter coat she does not wear anymore as it is too big ( she is a 6-8). and boy did i feel good in it.

Fantastic news rose, well done on your weight loss. :)

I'm embarrassed to say my signature is incorrect and since coming back off holiday I have not managed a single fast day and I am now back up to my start weight. :( I was actually thinking of starting again tomorrow. I have to be in the right frame of mind, I wanted to be back down to a size 10 by xmas but I cannot see that happening. Think maybe I should just aim for size 12. :o

OOS for me signed in. Both perfectly in stock signed out:(.
I don't think they are going to work. (I could be wrong - stand to be corrected and all that.)

Multis on them both in and out. Only A stocking them - which may not matter if they are to be your "trigger". (But, as they are in stock signed out, I doubt they will be successful at that.)

    Bye-bye!!:rotfl::rotfl::D:)

Thank you! Best to get there early then? :A

Well, it's kind of a one hit opp. If someone gets there before you and is succesful in getting DTD, any remaining ood sels will probably be removed pretty sharpish :)

    Ok thanks Savvy.

I was trying to find a 3 for £10 trigger. All of the N-spa rituals items seem to be oos for me.

I may take some photo's in store and compare them, that's how I found the coconut spray.

I gained all my weight back again too:o

But I've just about got through today

You can do it. If your head is in the right place. But try not to put so much pressure on yourself :)

Fair enough frequent. What I mean is, regardless of circumstance, if you're under attack, it's human nature to defend yourself. I didn't attack squills personally, merely defended myself.

I lived with someone prone to drink so I've excused a fair bit in my time. But nastiness in any shape or form I will not ignore, or accept. I'd stand up for anyone on this forum being spoken to like that.

I agree with that 100%, well nearly, the bit i've highlighted, sticks and stones right ?

You've got issue's in your life, and so does he, "never the twain shall meet".

I've the feeling i'm now on everyones ignore list, given it was my suggestion.

How many arguments are totally one sided ?

    The answer is zero.
