Just been to the littlewoods catalogue clearance store and they had a few rails of clothing that had just been brought in..Can you beleive they had some clothes I ordered online that were out of stock at great universal but were on the rail at the clearance store...I bought them from there...I will be going back next week as it looks like most stuff is being shipped to the stores..I did notice that some stuff were more expensive though...0

Hi, just wondering if anybody has a link to find out my nearest catalogue clearance shop? Used to have a fab one in Coventry but that closed down and i presumed there were no more high street ones left!

Great now it seems that the items that are shown as dispatched on my account have gone missing with their courier

Ive been trying the 0800 displayed on the website and I'm getting fed up with the "we are experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment, please ring back" :mad:
Theyve taken my money and no goods delivered, not impressed

I'm having the exact same problem. Been trying now for about 4 days and I've gotten a big fat nowhere. Bought items 11 days ago, money taken, managed to confirm dispatch, but so far I've not seen a thing. Has someone really messed up here?? Is it just a case of couriers being really busy with the sale or do the couriers even have our orders?
I've got an 08 'spensive number to ring, but it's exactly the same story there, so I wouldn't bother wasting your money on it, at least the 0800 is free even if we ring it 30 times a day (and I've been doing this more :mad: ).0 -
Placed my first order with Great Universal and was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday. Been trying to telephone them since Friday morning but cannot get through due to high volume of calls. 2 Emails sent to query were replied to purely stating their returns policy (great if I had any goods to return and had asked for details!).
Can't track on line as I haven't been sent a customer reference number.
Pretty fed up - wished I'd never heard of the company!!!0 -
