Errrr!! Well, ummmm. x11 for me :eek: and my customers of course

Thing is i have this thing about playing around with figures and just had to add up what everything that was ordered would have come to full price and the grand figure is £2749. Wow!!! That lot was being delivered Thursday but some came yesterday and today. Im expecting some tomorrow probably too.

Some of what i ordered showed as being 3 weeks and one of the items turned up today so you can really be sure of having to wait.

My whole order was 94 items in total of which 10 are sold out (only found out in my account). I got 38 items delivered today (some of which were attempted yesterday but not here) and will see what comes tomorrow.

:mad: I was thinking of looking at the Littlewoods website just to see if they were showing some items that GU say are out.. I didn't bother. I would assume as they're all part of the same company, they 'share' the stock so I'll go mad if they are in stock elsewhere at full price.

Grrr the items I really wanted/needed aren't being delivered but those I don't really need, are. Brilliant :rolleyes:

I orderd over £300 worth and most of it has been cancelled!

What they have in stock has not been delivered but they have already taken payment (£57) from my credit card, on monday! Most companies don't take payment until the goods have be sent?!

There is no way i would have ordered from this site and use up my 20% off first order!

Very poor company and I WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!

Make sure all you disappointed people out there send an email to Great (?) Universal expressing your disgust in your cancelled orders!!:mad:

Finally got my confirmation email yesterday, used the reference number to log into 'my account' and looks like has all been cancelled. Doesn't even say that the items are out of stock, just 'Order Cancelled'.

Pretty poor, especially as the items were still showing as in stock the following day. It sounds as if they had very little stock and took days to update their systems and website.
