I am an account holder and didn't know anything about ordering before anyone...I was just told thursday at 9am on the sale sheet..After checking my account my orders still say "no parcel information available"
I doubt any of my orders are coming but can't get through on the phone to ask about any of them0 -

My items are showing on my account as 'no parcel information available' too, the confirmation email I received shows the following next to the items..
'delivery before 6pm Friday' I was told delivery would be before 22nd and they apologised for the delay when I called.
'ok' - which actually means out of stock :rolleyes: or
'not in stock'.
Again, with my previous orders they've always stated 'no parcel information available' next to the ordered items.. one order still showed this several months after I'd received it so I wouldn't bother trying to find out anything regarding delivery status from your online account :rotfl:
I like GU but wish they would improve with the call centres, I don't think they have enough staff to cope with calls. When I ordered an item at Christmas, getting through to them was a nightmare just like now because of the sales!The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00 :rolleyes: :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

Folks ignore any conformation emails as they are worthless, just checked my account and everything has been cancelled even tho i have had a email with delivery date

Just accessed this page and the items it's showing as cancelled, I already know about.. The email has already told me what is not in stock and that web page says the same?
Grrr except my latest order, that says cancelled but I was told over the phone it was deff in stock. Website says low stock but it's not showing as out of stock. Typical!!The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00 :rolleyes: :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

notsure whats going on with my order
I received an email last fri, saying it had been despatched and would get to me by today.
I have just checked my account on the great universal website, and its not showing any current orders, only a previous order with only one item out of the 6 items I ordered. Does this mean, I'm only getting the one item, and the rest are out of stock?
edit: just looked at my order through the link posted above, and 5 of my items have been cancelled, and only one has been dispatched.
Has anyone rung great universal asking why they are cancelling orders?
I am a bit gutted that they have cancelled my items, was looking forward to getting some new Bench clothes and also cheap school shirts for my son who starts school this sept, but nevermind, if I only get the one item which is a pair of shoes for my son, they were £4, with 20% off so £3.20 and if my quidco validates, I will get £2.40 back (tracked for whole order), so the boots would have only cost me 80p lol0 -
Just Called Them And They Have Canclled Orders As No Stock , Wel When Are They Going To Tell People As I Had No Email Ect.. And Been Told I Have To Call Up Everyday To Check If They Get More In , I Think Its Wrong They Didnt Even Email To Advise I Was Really Looking Forward To My Order And Have Told Everyone I Was Getting It0
