Ordered the following item online from Kays (part of the Littlewoods group)

The item appearred initially in a confirmation email saying that delivery would be made by 6pm last Friday
I hadn't received the order so i called them today and they told me that they could not source the item - not trying very hard are they!!
Do you think the prices released online were placed in error?0 -
I don't think it's a case of them not honouring as everything I bought in the preview has arrived (yippee), I just think the system has not kept time when things have run out of stock and the bargains were so good that everyone wanted them....not goood enough really!!!!!!0

I would agree bella4uk, except as i have proved in may last post there is stock available.
I am presuming that GU, Kays and Littlewoods all share the same warehouses.0 -

I don't think it co-incidence that this site has been 'closed' whilst an IT overhaul is going on! according to the GU site 1st JULY is a date to remember!

Spent about 2 hours on line on 16th June placing an order with kay (about 200 pounds worth!)
Got confirmation e-mail stating goods would be del'd by 26th @ 6:pm
Now reading this site check status of order - all cancelled !!!

Not a happy bunny at all - feel a strong letter of complaint coming on - surely this is breaching trading standards rules - they shouldn't be advertising goods which they don't have - out of 28 items ordered they can't all be out of stock

You can even speak to this company! They have taken my money (last monday) and still no delivery!
Everytime you call they always have high call volumes and cut you off!
Ps it wasn't for my full order, most got cancelled!0 -
omg! I just logged in to have a look at my order and its saying there is no order there! I have my confirmation email saying it will be delivered by 6pm on the 26th. I'm pretty cheesed off with them for this - theres no excuse for such shoddy customer service. Am off to write my complaint letter now...... :mad:

My order was around £300, main items I really needed were either cancelled or I was told they were out of stock grrr. Expected the rest of my items 'By Friday 6pm' .. Over a week for delivery :rolleyes: but fair enough.
So the week went by and we got to yesterday, Friday!
6pm.. Still no delivery! :mad:
I must have called 4 different numbers for GU around 15 times at least
before I finally stopped being cut off and got through. I was told 'oh it was received by the courier on the 16th but it will be delivered tomorrow morning, sorry.'
Saturday?! Fine ok, at least it will be here tomorrow I thought
1:30pm today and STILL no sign of my delivery so I called them again, no help! Silly person on the phone went through alll the items I already knew were not arriving before saying they're opening a theft investigation into the courrier because it should have been delivered.
NOT HAPPY, not a single item I ordered has arrived.. Actually, one did arrive yesterday while I was at work - a cotbed mattress which I cancelled right away and had confirmation over the phone that was the case because they couldn't supply the cotbed I'd ordered or the replacment one :mad:
So, I'm annoyed with problems being able to get through to anyone on the phone, annoyed with the cancelled items/no stock nonsense and very very annoyed with the courrier - I HATE the courrier who delivers for them anyway so I'm happy they're investigating that (had to complain about them to a different company previously - lying about making deliveries, not leaving cards, taking it upon themselves to return my items without delivering, keeping my orders for aaaages before delivering)
Disappointed with their service this time :rolleyes:The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00 :rolleyes: :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.
