finally got in touch with great universal, who said that my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. made a complaint as wasn't notified and asked for somebody to email me an explanation as to why i wasnt notified along with an apology.

I am a Choice customer and have been trying to get in touch for days....
I have also e-mailed them with a query about my cashback which oddly seems to of disapeared......
Has any other regular customer seen this?

Ive just phoned through on the number, using the typing 00, as suggested above, got through to a sales advisor, who had a right go at me because I was ringing the sales line with an enquiry, so I let rip on him about not being able to get through on any other line and that they had taken my money and not delivered any goods, so he didnt really have the right to moan about me phoning through on the wrong line, he's really wound me up :mad:
He said he would have send me out a letter to sign to be able to get a refund, anyone else had this said to them? Why cant they just refund my money?

We have a littlewoods clearance shop in llandudno and in fflint (i think)!!

I am absoultely seething with Great Universal, I placed all my orders before very early on the day of the sale which was pretty difficult as they would not let me through on the telephone & the website kept going down...so if it was doing that for me...it must have been doing that for others...therefore not many orders would have got through early & half the decent stuff was all ready sold out(like it was ever available in the first place). I then recieved an order recieved e-mail & then later on the confirmation of delivery stating what I would recieve & what I wouldn't. Now after coming to this forumn I discovered the track order link(thanks for that) & not only have they cancelled half my things they have also changed the price of some of the cancelled things for example I bought a couple of £12 skirts they have cancelled these and said original price was £48, not at the time of my order they werent!! As I wouldnt have paid £48 for them. Also on their sister catalogue sites they have these skirts in stock, not very fair

after chasing them for days they eventually told me that my order was cancelled. then this morning a delivery arrives with some clothes?? but not the barbie bike that i really wanted.they are all rubbish don't think they know what they are doing!!!!!IT'S ALL ABOUT ME!!!:j:money:0
