my order from kays has still not come yet. on the site its has said three different delivery dates so far. still not arrived. tried today to see if i could find out when they will deliver again could not even log on to my account as it it said it did not exist. tried to ring them but kept being bumped off.
my bank statement says the money has been taken out of my account but no refund so my order should be delivered but how do you get in touch with a company who does not answer anyone calls.

I rang littlewoods about my missing order and they said the catalogue companies are having a nightmare trying to get the stock out due to the floods.
My order has just come from them :j
every single item too!!!!
So i got a pair of shoes and adidas trainers for me,a pair of shoes for my son a jumper for my dad and a fairy outfit for a friends little girl , cost full price :
£140 odd price i paid £26.50 :money: :money: :T :T

OK daft question - can anyone tell me how to track my order. I've tried through the site and nothing comes up!! Trying to contact these guys are a joke!!

The way I got through to these guys, was to ring all the 0800 numbers I could find, no matter what the department, until I spoke to someone.

I eventually got through at the accounts/ debt department, and they transfered me to the correct department

Worked a treat, I was only waiting a matter of seconds.

Well it's been 45 days since I placed my order and still no sign. I think even I could teach them a thing or two about customer service!! No replies to emails, no returned phone calls - who are these jokers! Sent them an email saying they have until 6pm tonight to contact me before I action a chargeback against them through my card company.

GREAT UNIVERSAL - COMPLETE AND UTTER WAS OF SPACE!!

hi guys might be worth trying to re-order sale stuff now, I wanted some Adidas Gigi trainers which were reduced from 75 down to 30 and they were out of stock - but logged on last week and they now have them in stock ordered these along with a biki top and bottom came to 38 and was able to use a 10 discount voucher, that was lat week and it all arrived yesterday. Result.
