Buyer returned my phone incomplete

Don't give up on it necessarily, but just be mindful that if a dispute is opened, it is more likely to go in the buyers favour.
If you want to fight it, then do, but just be aware it isn't necessarily likely to go your way.0 -
Have you checked the serial number of the phone they returned?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
I opened the case, buyer wants immediate refund or said they will leave negative, and report the phone as a fake to ebay.No its not SNAD it is 100% accurately described, with photos, they sent it tracked i am the only person to open the case.
Like i said, the only reason they gave to want to return it is "It is chinese" and then they said they will report it as a fake chinese phone. I'm private seller.
What case did you open?0 -

What case did you open?
Opened a "cancel a transaction" case, then it gave more options and i put "buyer changed mind" as the description was accurate.
Buyer now opened their own case, saying its a Chinese phone and not as described, however, its a HTC bought sim free direct from HTC, and they are Taiwan based, their direct from factory phones and not English by default. I did mention this in the description, but buyer is convinced i am selling a chinese fake and so has said not as described.
Dunno how its going to work out.Owed out = lots. :cool:0 -
