This has to be the best Card for cashback available now! 4% is impossible to beat. You get 4% for first 3 months then 1% thereafter. Can't see any catches.

I posted this on a thread a few days ago. Cracking deal, no catch either, so perfect if you use your card solely for purchases then clear in full each month.:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)

Wow! Thanks a lot! That's really super. Just applied for it, answer in 7 days. Fingers crossed. :-)I know nothing0

Tempting. Might give my GE Money card a rest for 3 months...0

Thanks for the information. I have been looking for a new cashback credit card since leaving MBNA (had their Conran card).
Could you let us know whether they accept you for that card?
One of Martin's articles mentions that Capital One will often not give you the card you actually applied for.0 -
Is the deal on paying the actual cashback better than the Morgan Stanley Platinum's £15 "blocks"?The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

According to the terms and conditions on the website, the cashback is paid in January of each year. That would leave you a bit stuck if a fee was suddenly introduced in the middle of the year. At least with Morgan Stanley you can instantly claim your cashback when it reaches £15.0

True.
But to get your £15 from MSP, you need to spend £500 in the 3x introductory period and £1500 thereafter.
A lot of cashback cards pay out annually. My ASDA one is in November, in time for Christmas. Having said that, January is usually a lean month. Actually, so are February, March ...
Anyway, my application was input earlier today. It is being checked, presumably as I moved in February. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

I've already got a Capital One Platinum card with a low interest balance transfer on it.
Can I apply for this as well or will they bin me off as I already have a Cap One Card?0
