Housemate growing drugs

Personally, I'd ignore it. I certainly wouldn't post about it on a public forum which could be used as evidence of knowledge at some future (extremely unlikely) point.

If the plant is in the garden I wouldn't worry about it. It's hardly going to start the flowering process, thinking its on the equator. You can claim it's simply growing wild and you have no knowledge of it... which it is... Smoking any of that plant in its current guise will have no effect :P

It's part of the reason I used a different username!

Also the plant is in a plant pot as oppose to in the ground, so can't be that it's growing wild.

I rarely use the garden, I just happened to be outside briefly and saw it. So I don't know how long it's been there! So ignorance of it is plausible, as I was before yesterday! Especially now the weather is getting colder it's unlikely I'll be going out in the garden unless the weather picks up.

I just found a marijuna plant in my garden that my newest housemate put there. I asked him by text if it is marijuna (as he's at work) but he hasn't responded. I'm just concerned he's going to plant loads as recently he wanted to clear out the attic.

I am going to talk to him, but don't know what to say. I basically want him to get rid of the plants. I'm not sure whether to report it to the police or talk to him first.
