Busy day, glad I did some flying early on.

Visited my friend in hospital, she is doing well which is a relief

DS3 been to a friend so I had a quick cuppa with his Mum

Been to cricket presentations - DS3 won the trophy for highest score so happy boy

DS1 just home from work but I need to get DS2 in 45minutes, I'd wash up but I have a mog on my lap.

My BFF is getting married tomorrow :j:beer::j I'm not one for the usual wedding attire, but in a fit of [STRIKE]madness[/STRIKE] adventurousness I've bought a fascinator:

D'you think it'd look better with my hair straightened or curly? For reference my hair is black, collar length and has a slight side fringe. I'm wearing it with a 1950's style black dress, seamed stockings, red shoes and bag and elbow-length black satin gloves.

I think I must fancy myself as a starlet but worried I might end up looking like a bit of a t!t :rotfl:

Only bought the head thingmebob today so no time to experiment…

  • FizzWhizz that is beautiful... you will look fab. Not a t*t in sight :p I think straight hair.

My stir-fry was bendy cabbage, carrots, red onion & broccoli. With chicken for DD and random seeds/nuts for me. Thai paste, sour cream & rice. Ommnomnom.

Valli what a day! Hope you can relax ce soir x

DD is doing my head in...selfish teenage behaviour... I can see me resorting to withholding the marmite... she will never survive!!

I am ready to iron tomorrow  regular listeners will know I don't iron unless absolutely necessary. I need to make the curtains look nice before they are re-hung in LR - after I've cleaned the windows again.

Re cuddling my DD will cuddle if she's ill or wants something. DS is much too grown up but I'm sure if he was ill enough he would. In all seriousness time spent cuddling your baby/child is the best use of time ever so always put this to the top of your list :)
