This shows the difference between a company running their own facebook page and one (aldi) that uses a pr firm to run it.

Oh yes! Submitted my skeleton defence (punitive charge, no right to pursue on behalf of landowner, no pre-court practice direction, unfair contract etc etc etc) Got a Without prejudice letter offering to drop it all for £50. told them to boil their heads, got another letter urging me to take the £50 option or court. Said bring it on. Then PH Intervened telling them to stop. :T

Have heard the PH have now ditched PE because of the effect their tactics are having on PH's business. Good-oh.

Could I also trouble you for your home address details as I would like to forward you on some Wickes vouchers as a gesture of goodwill. It is always our intention to offer the best possible service we can and particularly to our regular and loyal customers.
