Right, I'm wondering if anyone can help me.... Yesterday when the offer was £4.99 p/m for the D500 I began the order process and got to the last page. Anyway I left the page open and have just come back to it today and have clicked order to see if they will accept it, despite having changed the offer on the main site. As far as I can see from both the confirmation page and email they have sent me it seems as if they have accepted it. Does anyone have any ideas where I stand - will they try to say the offer is no longer valid etc. Any help greatly appreciated.0

I think legally it would have gone by what offer was available on the day you ordered it! BUT as you kept the page open but just didn't go ahead until 2day you may have got away with it. Providing the email and confirmation page (did you print it out?) clearly state what the offer was (ie how much each month your paying and for the whole 12months) then you should be ok. Until the money has left your account or you have received the phone, etc then they haven't "legally" accepted the order they have just acknowledged your request.
After they have taken money and/or you have received the phone and providing you have that email that clearly states that you would be paying 4.99pcm for the 12months (after cashback, etc) then as far as I can see they have "accepted" your order and you are ok.
This is only going by my interpretation of the law and would recommend you clarify this with trading standards!0 -
Looks like I got lucky this time: "We are pleased to confirm that your order has been successfully processed and will be dispatched shortly". Thanks for the advice bbb_uk.0

It doesn't matter, the £4.99 for 12 months offer ended on the 29th April at 6:00 pm, that the offer disappear on the main page of their website.
However, they advertise such offer again on the 30th April on Sun newspaper, with the link https://www.e2save.com/press which offered £4.99 for 12 months + an extra £10 cashback.
You are fine as e2save doesn't really care...0 -
I am in same position having received 2 bills in one month as I changed my billing cycle, so was confused which counted as my 6th month. I emailed e2save and heard nothing back, so I sent off what could be my 5th or 6th monthly billed recorded post so as not to lose out. You only have 28 days to claim.
if i dont get it this month im sending in next months as its a lot of money to lose out approx £150!
Will keep you posted..........0 -
good luck with your problem, i suppose its difficult if they dont number the bills etc, but yes i think its better to send off too many than too little as losing out on the cashback will hurt
and that press link has changed to 7 months at 4.99
