At last some good recommendations from people, I may be tempted.0
-
Unfortunately I wasn't so lucky.
I had to wait more than 2 months for my cashback.
They did not respond to my emails. I eventually sent a message to one of the directors which also was not acknowledged, but I did finally get notification that my cashback would be credited to my card within 3 days.
Can only hope there's less trouble with my 12 month cashback claim.0 -

if you do buy from them make sure you keep all the paper work or print emails and ask the name of the person with their extension number!!!
you can always check shops or even try direct with the company you want to go with you might just get the deal you want and it will save you a lot of bother.Honesty is the best policy doesn't matter which web site
you are on!

I've decided to take out a contract with Vodafone, does anyone know whether it's with Vodafone direct or with Singlepoint?0
-
Aren't they one and the same now (Vodafone / Singlepoint).
I was a Singlepoint customer, but just the other day phoned up Vodafone to cancel my contract. The cancellation started to go through and they phoned me back asking what they could offer me to stay (as I have been loyal for about 3 years!). Got a good deal on Motorola V3, yeah I know a bit flashy, but it's tiny, and I'm not a fan of inbuilt cameras and mp3 players. I just want a small phone.
I must say though the service was very good, and even though my cancellation didn't go through it was processed very quickly. Top marks Vodafone (was considering going back to Orange due to Singlepoint), and thank god Singlepoint are no longer effectively working."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0 -

I sent off my 6th monthly bill for two of my phones around 3 weeks ago and have received the cashback of around £255 in my bank a couple of days ago.
Just remember to send the 6th bill that is sent to you (it helps to mark each bill when it arrives with the bill number, e.g. Monthly bill number 2, to make it easier to keep track of which one is the 6th and 12th bill) to them by recorded delivery, which is proof enough that you sent it to them. You can then track this on Royal Mail's website to check when it gets delivered.0
