Hi all

I received the delivery from e2save.com this morning for the 6230, I opened the package, and to my horror i found that everything was there (battery, sim card, charger, etc) apart fromt the phone!!!!

I called e2save and they said that they are first going to check with the courier company to confirm the weight of the package and then they are going to check what the correct weight should have been.

Has anyone else had similar experience. And if so, how was it resolved in the end.

I am worried now that they may say that the weight was correct and there for imply that I was lying and that they cant to anything about it. Does anyone know where I stand with situation? Please help!!!!

if you read my first post in this thread i think thats what happened to me only difference is i never opened the box cos they sent me a wrong contract and believe it or not the seal was on i didn't open the box.

i was told that there was no phone in the box when they received but noone bothered to contact me!!

I think someone in the warehouse(CITYLINK) is helping themselves to new phones!!!

hope it gets sorted make sure you keep record of people who you speak to with extenion number and dial the freephone no.

They wanted my account details to setup the direct debit and also a credit card detail for a 1p authorisation.

Not only i didnt receive the phone, I didnt even recieve the free accesories they advertised with the deal (case, in-car charger, in-car holder). I phoned regarding that and they lady said that they were out of stock and that they dont know whether or not they were going to order more in. I said to her then why are you still advertising the free accesories. She just went quiet. I said that if i dont get the free accesories then i will cancel my order, then she phoned me back to say that they will send me these on Friday.

So if anyone else missed out on these accesories then give them a call and insist that you want a date on the delivery for these or give threats to cancel the order all togegether.

i dont know yet about the phone. They promised to call me to sort this out but surprise surprise they havent called yet!!! typical

Well hopefully I should receive my phone today, I ordered it yesterday at 4pm so I don't know if it will come today?

I bought the Sony t610 last Aug (BT mobile offer). £20/month for 100 x network mins + 50 texts, with £180 cashback payable in two payments if you sent in the stipulated bills.
Very happy with the phone (delivered in 24 hours)and contract. Just received my 2nd cashback - very satisfied customer.

so basically you send off you 6th bill (i assume these arent numbered) as soon as you receive it and then a month or so later they will refund you x amount and the same with the 12th bill ! and thats it all you need to do is cancel in month 11 and take out another 12month cashback thingy im thinking of getting a d500 nextweek and i might take up the 4.99 offer looks good
