Yes, I got a Sony phone from them last year and applied for the cashback at the beginning of this month. It was refunded a week later. If you search the site you should find other posts where people are querying being overpaid so it looks as if you should be OK!0

i bought d500 from them last month on orange
i am keeping this short
they sent me a contract for t-mobile and phone?
i sent back the whole package next day when they delivered the orange contract and phone(two credit checks were made)
i got the bill from t-mob a week later
called e2save and they said there was no handset in the package and thats why i am t-mob contract.
they said they are going to investigate and someone will get back within 24 hours no one did!
i called back and someone got in touch with me and said that this matter is resolved now and i wont hear anything from t-mobile
got a reminder last week and a new bill two days later from t-mob
called e2save again they said they re issued the notice to t-mob
wait and see what happens?
it is e2save's fault and no one said a word sorry etc
i could have got the phone cheaper from orange or other shops with no hassle
i would never buy from e2save and will not recommend them i find them ignorant especially the people above the customer service advisors!
just to add i told my bank not set up direct debit with t-mob
can you imagine what would have had happened?
called t-mob twice but obviously they couldn't do anything until e2save contacted them!!!
i know about the carphonewarehouse and e2save link but i don't think if i went to carphone they will sort the problem do you????Honesty is the best policy doesn't matter which web site

a bargain is only a bargain if you really need it!0 -
Have done a cashback deal with e2save. Phone came as advertised on following day. First refund came only after about two months waiting and several phone calls. I believe this to have been pure administrative incompetence. Second came ontime with no chasing.
They are part of Carphone Warehouse so should be as good as one can get in this industry for creditworthiness.0 -
Don't count on getting the cashback without a lot of effort ..it seems to be a lottery...they come up with remarkable excuses for not paying. They then have an 0871 'con' to get more money out of their mistakes.
It's run (managed would be perhaps too generous) by a Bobby Bhogal...but he doesn't give me the impression of knowing what goes on.
But if they have wasted your time I suggest you let him know. His direct email and mobile are:-

hopefully it will be character forming to get some direct customer imput.
what's the betting he'll change them?Sarah x0 -

Also, when they say they need the 6th and 12th bills, is that the 6th and 12th COMPLETE months? What about if you start halfway through a month and have one 'short' month? Does that count as month one, or does the first full month?
Thanks,

Has anyone had their cashbacks on time without any hassle?
I'm starting to go off the idea of purchasing from them.0 -
I got my 6 months cashback from them last month with no hassle at all. Just remember to send the relevent bill by "Signed for" Post, that way they have no way to say they didnt receive it. In fact their website recommends this!0
