help me get rid of wasps nest (merged threads)

I have a wasps nest in the attic which was powered yesterday. I asked the question about them finding an alternative way around.

From what was discussed last night - if the entrance is blocked they WILL attempt to find another way out. So never block it up.
They apparently dont notice the powder after a short while, they will swam around the nest entrance for a short while to protect the nest as they notice something is happening, but then they start to calm down, entering the nest taking in the poweder - this is what kills the nest off.
