It means I cannot access my Halifax, Lloyds or BoS accounts this morning since they messed up their entire IT systems. I also can't apply for any accounts with TSB since their systems aren't working either. They can't even take applications over the phone.
It's obviously a large change they are implementing but why didn't they tell us right from the start they'd need more than just a few hours over the weekend to set up the TSB systems?0 -
What does it mean for me?
It means that yesterday when I logged on to the site my current account had disappeared. A phone call produced the usual emollients, try again later, not to worry etc.
Today is a different story, as of right now (10.15) the whole site is down. Looks like another roaring IT success.0 -
It has meant very little to me, I'm staying with Lloyds so the only difference is a slight re-brand.0

"What does it mean for you?"
Absolutely nothing at all. Still with Lloyds. No doubt, in time, they will remove the TSB bit from their name?0 -
For me it means one of my Accounts has transferred to TSB and I have no online login details to view it online!!Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0

Can't currently login at LBG site: 'Temporarily unavailable', so it looks like they have overrun on the maintenance side of things. Halifax OK (Didn't try BOS).....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0

My accounts moved to the TSB and I was able to access them online today with the same log-in details.0

I simply cant log in. On both websites (lloyds and TSB) it says invalid username....incredible how they mess up such things and still get away with it.0

I have logged into my 'new' TSB account today using my normal Lloyds login details. The site is blue and TSB branded, but apart from that the layout is the same as the old Lloyds one.
I also set up an payment to a new person, and made a transfer to my halifax account, both with no problems - the only difference was that the halfax transfer went through by faster payment, instead of instant as previously.
I have also logged onto my Halifax account, again with no problem.
So if you had problems earlier, it might be worth giving it another try now.

DaisyI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
Site's back up, my current account is still absent. I'm reluctant to wait 20 minutes on the phone to be told not to worry.
I'm off to find a new bank account.0
