    Hi everyone,
I wanted to say quite a few things but I can't remember exactly who said them!
Pigpen, just be careful, we all know what happens when you put clean sheets on:o
    Glad lo is getting there
Boosy moo - love the yes days and no days, might borrow that one!:T
Painting lady (Kazza?)- I share your pain, while I am off work I am supposed to be decorating the hall stairs and landing and I am dreading the spindles!
Newbies - welcome, it's great here, they even let you come back if you fall off the wagon:D

I spent about three hours yesterday ripping knitting magazines up and filing patterns in folders for different weights of wool which was very satisfying and kick started me to tidy our room of doom which is the office/ craft room. It's still a WOP but I have made a huge start.
I have hoovered downstairs again and changed the sofa covers and cushions with DH's help.
Had a lasagne for sunday lunch as had to take the chicken back to Aldi as it had gone off with another day before BB date:mad: They swapped it but it was still an unnecessary journey!
Off to find my list to see if I can knock a couple more jobs off it before the new thread starts!

DD wants to cover a school book with sticky back plastic. She actually cracked a smile when I told her to wait as it's a 52 man job. Like cling filming a cat!

    I love covering books

Shirts all ironed whilst very damp, hanging to finish drying

DS3 all organised for school tomorrow.

Plan now is an hour of paperwork and then a nice sit on the sofa with DS3 for X factor, probably see you all on the other side.

  • Evening! Not sure I like having to put lights on at 5:30 p.m. :( Very windy and rainy here this afternoon and still is now.

Went to see Rush at the cinema earlier :D Have cleared most of the computer desk and done another 60 in 60 (am planning on one a day this coming week!), started sorting drawer in front room (it's a big drawer!!) but atm have more stuff out of it than in it! WiP, I feel. Still, at least I've started it!

    Also been to see Dad.

Now need to sort stuff for school and Rainbows ..........

Made Twinks hobnobs, ginger cookies and peanut butter cookies some of which went with us for tea with the new neighbours. Excellent people. Both of our biscuit tins are also full. Now cooking dinner and I'm going to spend an hour in the attic flinging paperwork into the recycling sack for collection tomorrow.
    Better is good enough.
