A Toots list is simply you around your home room by room writing a list of all that needs doing ie, put up a picture, fill a whole, polish some furniture and then you get the joy of crossing off things as you go. You can post it here if you wish. I like a physical list on paper with a nice blunt pencil for crossing out.

Walk with friend and then a cuppa for my me time. Been out shopping to use some vouchers.

Mother and an ebay buyer due soon.
The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair
  • Afternoon all,

At work at the moment, will see what I can get done on my return home, did do a little tidying and hoovering before I left this morning:jNever-ever done that before in my life, I'm not a morning person (especially if its a work morning);)

Damn you woman, you have made me cry.

Once a Flylady ,always a Flylady. I still point disorganised people in the direction of the thread, even if I am not here myself. It is only fair they feel the disappointment of never finishing a list like me;)

    Ditto...........

I keep *hearing* toots tutting in the back of my mind, about us not doing enough flying.

I bet she is up there looking down still tutting, and making lists with Diva in pink...............

Anyhow chatted with NN who lost his wife just over a year ago now, and put the world to rights, he is clearing out his garage, so gave him a hand for about half and hour, then his daughter / Son in law turned up, so I left them to it.

As I'm out of the flat at the moment, I will compile/start when I get back and post later in the week with progress.

Good afternoon Girlies... (Do we have any boys at the mo? If so hello to you too!)

Well, I was in no mood for anything this morning, but finally got out of bed at 11 (yes I could hear the tutting too :p)

I have the wm and td all day and am finally at the bottom of mount washmore :j that said the ironing pile is now mammoth... I'm going to have a good sort thought it later and see what can be homed without ironing :D

Being a complete NOVICE at the whole star counting job, I started last nights (which I shall post shortly) but then read all of today's posts and didn't keep track, so ill have to go and recount!! (Yes yes toots... I can see you laughing!)...

Still, the house is getting back to normal snd cleaner, I went delivering christening cake to my aunty and had coffee, then wrapped some Xmas presents for good measure too.

Will update my list shortly :-)

    Jo xx

:D I will declutter my house and debts :D
  • My HHC turned into almost an hour but I got a lot done:

Stripped our bed, stuck in WM
Swapped out summer duvet for winter one as DH was moaning about being cold last night, waiting for him to moan about being too hot tonight
    Remade bed
Tidied all the surfaces in the bedroom, kipple rehomed, and dusted everywhere
    S&S bathroom
    Emptied all the bins
Removed junk from coffee table of DOOM and cleaned it
Decluttered a ciggie before DS1 got home. Not bad for 55 mins!

Picked up DS2 and came home, vacced through (DSD has overfilled hamster cage with sawdust and it was already all over the LR floor)

Made beef Wellington! Had a hankering for it but have never made it myself before. I made a double portion of mushroom duxelles with a view to freezing half but it was so nommy I ate the leftovers with a teaspoon straight from the pan  classy bint, me.

Feeling very pleased with my efforts, hope they taste as good as they look:

  • looks good fizzwizz (and thats from a veggie;))

Thank you! I did actually find myself wondering if you could do something similar with a large portobello mushroom whilst I was wrapping the meat. I like to eat veggie a couple of times a week but DH is a firm carnivore. He reckons veg upsets his crohn's but I think he's just a chancer ;)
