I'm sitting in the cleanest & tidiest house that I have had since before the school holidays. Many frogs eaten. Finding it hard to post.

I made a start on a Toots list last night.

    Love to Toots R.I.P x

I didn't know Toots as I've only just joined this thread, but looking at all the posts here, clearly she was a lovely person so can I add my hugs to those of you who miss her.

Ah yes AnWs - we still advise those in need to take up the patented dot-to-dot method - you get a mention everytime...

Sarahshattered - how are all the now-not-so-little misses Shattered?

    For Toots...

I'm SO upset about this .. Toots & I had a lot of things in common & always tried to spur each other on. The last text I received from her I knew she was 'tired' but she still maintained I was her inspiration. If only she knew what an inspiration she was to me (I kept telling her) & so many others.

I think you both inspired and took strength from each other with your shared understanding of the other's situation.

If her welcome guide was a reflection of her (warm, friendly & caring) then the world is indeed a darker place.

Love & hugs to those that knew her properly, I gather she'd been ill for sometime? RIP xxx

I was very fortunate to spend time with her and she was just as you'd expect :) Yes she was poorly for a long time but she would not let that stop her doing things.
Thanks to AnW'smum for letting us all know about Toots. She was a remarkable women who was a total inspiration to me. I miss her stars and her kicking my butt when I was slacking and having trouble with the BD. every time I'm on here I miss her posts, just as I still miss those purple posts from Diva.

lol she could be a real task master when she wanted! Talk aboout knowing what we were all up to, she never missed a beat :D

I've lit a candle, I feel really sad.

Jo the last time I completed an entire day was just before Toots stopped doing the stars.

It's like the old days on here tonight, so many old faces.

Soappie how long ago was secret squirrel? I think that was when I first joined.

My boy is 20 in a couple of weeks - and off to Uni. DD's about to start her final (a level) year and is looking at Unis.

I am so not looking forward to being home alone but that's between you, me and the gatepost;)
