  • Just popping on to update my list, feeling quite proud of what I've achieved today so many, many thanks to all who post and update lists on here :) DH arrived home from work to announce that he was driving to Lancashire to pick up one of our friends who has been suffering with visits from the BD recently and sounded very low. As a consequence I'll probably be entertaining rather than cleaning tomorrow, but never mind, I'd rather have him here rather than brooding alone. Feel sorry for DH though, it means he'll have 2 x 3 hour journeys on work nights (his commute's already an hour each way )

Am currently making pizza dough so that I can have pizzas prepped and ready to go in the oven for when they arrive. I need to stop making up the yeast in a teacup next to my own cuppa... sooner or later there's going to be a foul tasting accident! :rotfl:

    Monday - Kitchen
    Done

Tuesday - Living Room, Hall and downstairs loos
    Done

My very own extra special list:
    - Send eBay parcel
    - Speak to MIL and SIL about baby shopping / meet up / Christmas
    - Freecycle / eBay cooker
    - List 3 things on eBay
    - Whinge at Tesco and Thorntons for their respective incompetence
    - Sort out hospital appointment (still not done!)
    - New cover for support pillow
    - Remake bed
    PAD: £4843.10 (loan paid, yay!)
    One debt vs 100 days: £288.73 / £750
    £20 a day: March £838.97 / £620 April £224.53 / £600

    Total debt 04/2015: £13,997.51

Not much in the way of flying done here but who cares.

Thanks to AnW'smum for letting us all know about Toots. She was a remarkable women who was a total inspiration to me. I miss her stars and her kicking my butt when I was slacking and having trouble with the BD. every time I'm on here I miss her posts, just as I still miss those purple posts from Diva.

Work on that paperwork mountain with 15 minutes shredding, filing, recycling etc, as the council have decided to provide everyone but myself and my next door neighbour with new recycling/refuse/green waste bin, I put out my normal bin this morning as told to by the lady on the phone "they`ll empty it, and we will get another one out to you this week" well they didn't and you haven't so now I have a overflowing bin =(

    Extra challenge:
Locate wellies and waterproofs, check they fit (bought new today including dogs bed)

its ds1`s birthday tomorrow so I need to get OH to put together his toys and I will dig out all of his birthday cards.

Absolutely gutted about Toots. She had a heart of gold. I always hoped she would come back on the flylady thread. This is turning out to be such a sad year in so many way.

Totally agree with this and what Piggers said...

My deepest condolences to her friends and family.

I don't know how to set up a candle page for Toots so I've lit one of Diva's
