Chav-tastic!!!

well I followed up to her retaliatory neg with this :
retaliatory neg. wld gladly have refunded if buyer not happy. check her f/b
and now she's responded with;
No response via dispute,But sent nasty,abusive emails.Reported to ebay,Monster!!
what bloody nasty emails? when she started a paypal claim after waiting TWO DAYS for me to reply, I sent her a message saying the stuff she wrote into the dispute console was a bit heavy handed and if she'd waited for me to respond I'd have refunded her without the need for a dispute. Sure I also pointed out a few gramatical errors such as "majorally deceeved"
Hopefully the neg from me will stop her trying this trick with anyone else though, if one person writes that you've tried to con them you can deny it but if different people write it then the mud starts to stick!0 -
What a beautiful story
Its nice to take a stand once in a while. I often come across sellers with a couple of Negs but you can usually tell instantly if they are from idiots or just retaliatory negs.0 -
Oh this is a little worrying, i am in a similar situation, won some sandals on ebay, arrived dirty and two different sizes!!! obviously two dif sizes too..i opened the parcel, initial reaction was 'yuck' then 'ehh??'
seller has ignored me for weeks now, infact she has not spoken to me since auction end... started a paypal claim, seller has not replied at all. this weekend is the deadline.
if she does not reply at all will it automaticaly give me a refund or will i need to return the useless shoes first? or is that only the case if she does comunicate through paypal?
i hope they don't award in her favour, every penny counts, i really can't be loosing money

Did you escalate the paypal dispute to a claim? That leaves it up to paypal do decide the outcome, which will be in your favour if the seller doesn't respond. If you haven't escalated the dispute to a paypal claim watch out for the deadline or paypal will consider the matter closed and you won't be able to open it again.0

I would never have thought that someone would be so nasty as to send an empty package back. I am so going to open all my packages before i sign for them now.2008 won £5119.04 :j
2009 won so far £0:rotfl:
All together now..........
Always look on the bright side of life       :whistle:0 -
yes i did esculate to claim, seller still didnt respond, she has until saturday to respond, but i wasnt sure if i would have to return the useless shoes?? i figure if she ignores me now why would she log in to admit she had recieved the shoes to authorise the refund? i was hoping due to complete non contact if paypal rule in my favour i can dump the shoes..really seems a waist of money to pay recorded for odd shoes that are no use nor ornament!

i think if she doesn't respond and you have already escalated you will win0

I doubt the postie will let you open a package before signing for it but if youre expecting something through ebay ie a pair of shoes to be sent to you via racorded and this tiny 2"X3" empty padded envelope addressed to "A Monster" turns up, just dont sign for it! She paid £1.10 to send the bloody thing too! Not to mention the cost of the envelope itself !:rotfl:0 -
Hi been reading this post
Well done Spinning Hamster Wheel
What you have to bear in mind is that most of the chavs on line and
also buying on e bay think that the slide out drawer on the dvd re writer is for holding a beer can or a Mc donalds soft drink cup0
