This is why ebay is getting to be such a minefield - when you have supposed human beings doing this sort of thing to a genuine Seller.

I am really pleased that sense and reason won at the end and that the Buyer didn't.

    Well done!
  • Was the buyer a bit thick

the cost of sending a blank envelope would have been far less than the shoes

so you could have proved (if needed) via the postal charge that the item hadn't been returned

It's sooooooo annoying when these gits do this. Why don't you name & shame them here & then all us nice Ebayers can put tab (or whatever it is we do) so that they can't trade with us!

Does she mean ASBO I wonder?
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
  • well i thought it would be abso as in absolute monster as it wasn't in caps. But bearing in mind the buyer seems to dress her daughters in DKNY hoodies, flashing name belts and bright pink ugg boots and she has a penchant for fraud, I'm sure she knows a thing or two about ASBO's.
