It is possible it was sent as an email with the invoice attached, but then I'm sure they'd have said email and as it states on paper and with invoice (not attached invoice) it certainly sounds to me like it was an actual letter sent to their address through the post.
nope.. that's how I said I would do it IIRC..0 -

forget that... maybe she lied and is a business seller then with her address viewable.. or he originally asked her for the address on first contact so he could send an invoice.. we will never know so why worry about it?0 -

What? The OP is the one I quoted stating how the photographer contacted them as you said they didn't state how they contacted them when they did. They sent a letter on headed paper with an invoice, therefore strongly suggesting that they had their address. The OP as far as we know is not a business seller so would not state their address in listings and the way you mentioned through ebay would not give the photographer the OP address for them to post a letter. No one traded with them to get it that way.
Edit: posted before I saw your next post.0 -

She?
How do you deduce 'she' may have 'lied'.
The 'OP' has made NO inference to their status or sex.0 -

Maybe. I doubt you'd give someone your address so they could invoice you...
Still possible the OP will come back again.0 -
I may have cracked it; I reckon Rob S's 'genre' is 'glamour' aka !!!!!!; he's probably holding those MP's topless photos right now... would certainly explain his inflated opinion of the value of an image...
:D The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0 -

She? Wild guess.

Like I said previously.. chances are that he/she was a business user so the info would be available.
and more chance of me growing another head.. they didn't get the response they were looking for last time so there is no point coming back.0 -

While maybe not completely honest (for all I know they may have lied about everything else in life) and by no means smart, there are thieves who have been honest about the crime they've done by posting about it online and it's how they've been caught lol.
I do know what you mean, but thought I'd point that out.
The OP did admit to being wrong in the first post so really we've no reason to believe they're not being honest about what happened.0 -

Which makes me wonder how many others [wild guesses] you have had on this thread.
If you are as acquainted with the legalities as you state, you won't mind me discrediting a witness.......wild guess
Caveat - labouring the point as you seem intent on doing the same.0
