Contact seller option or the contact details were on the items sale page.

So now we're on page 8 of this saga, are you finally admitting that it was you who sent the letter to the OP?

irrelevant again - try answering the question please

if the auction is not over.. oh sod this.. read my other reply.
  • Contact seller option does not give you an address for a seller.

Contact details also would not offer this unless the seller was a registered business.

Nowhere in his 6 posting history does the OP state he was a business.

    Did we answer your questions?
    Yes, I got my answer.
No, I want to contact the seller.

If it were me i'd be asking for a hell of a lot more than the photographer who had his images nicked. she got off far to lightly.

As said, addresses are not given through contact seller and I can't imagine anyone would give such details on the item listing if they're not a business, which as far as we know OP is not.

Contact the seller allows you to send a message through ebay, it doesn't give you their home address to send a letter.

How do you work that out? You have no idea what the photo is and photos vary in value. Just because you believe yours are worth more doesn't mean this photo is worth even the amount they're asking nevermind more.

IIRC the OP said the photographer had contacted her but NOT HOW..

They've clearly stated it was a letter and on headed paper. It wouldn't be like that as a message through ebay. It is possible it was sent as an email with the invoice attached, but then I'm sure they'd have said email and as it states on paper and with invoice (not attached invoice) it certainly sounds to me like it was an actual letter sent to their address through the post.

Yes, I think you told me how you get the asking cost of your photos when stolen. We don't know anything about this photo or it's value or whatever else to be able to say whether the asking cost in this case is a lot, so how can you possibly work out that they've got off far too lightly.
