Unfortunately I cannot be in two places at one time so whilst every attempt will be made to reschedule a shoot its not always possible for the client to alter their schedule.. hence lost client..0 -

as for the op updating you all... do you REALLY think that will happen?? they came, they failed to get the response they were looking for.. they left never to return.
Maybe so, but if you had a really good contract would you still pull out of it just because of the court date?
They did come back, that's how we know they tried to phone them.0 -

personally I couldn't give a monkeys if the op pays or not.. but hopefully you armchair warriors will learn a little.. but from what ive seen so far its rather unlikely!Rob_S_Photographer wrote: »Unfortunately I cannot be in two places at one time so whilst every attempt will be made to reschedule a shoot its not always possible for the client to alter their schedule.. hence lost client..
So you can't make court and a client at the same time so cancel the client, but you can spend endless time on here with a thread which is nothing to do with you? Time is money. I wonder how much you have lost here?

Don't say that, they'll probably take us to court for the costs. Hate to think how much that would be lol.0 -

You are supplied with a date for the week/month commencing, but not a fixed time or date and usually only get two weeks notice.0 -

Sure you do. You take the contract if that's better in the long run. No one is forcing you to sue people.0
