  • I am so, so sorry to hear about the complaint. Big ((((HUG)))). I truly hope things improve for you with your neighbours (or you can move temporarily as has been suggested). What was the outcome of the complaint - the sections you wrote about sound completely bizzarre and could have been anyone (if they happened at all!).

    What appalling behaviour by RSPC^

What absolute nutcases your neighbours are

Cannot believe some of those complaints, I'm sure if you were going to fly tip you'd think of something better than eggshells

Counter complain about the feathers out of poor dog's destroyed bedding

    Glad OH is being supportive

Enjoy your wine and these ((((DFw))))

    Granny x
The wine was welcomed although I'm suffering today :o! We've got to reply to the complaints which are mostly so odd that I think it will turn into some sort of comedy if you were to read it ....If she were telling the truth about eggs being thrown in the garden it means that someone else clearly doesn't think much to her :rotfl:. Either that or she's a liar or completely hallucinated the whole thing!

I hope you kept the nasty text messages from neighbour so you can show them to the necessary people. There is obviously something else wrong with them and they are trying to focus on something they think they can take control over rather than dealing with the underlying problem. My 'friend' does this a lot. Would army move you to another house on camp so you cant do things (or be accused of doing these things). Did your OH get a chance to stand up for you and say most of it was made up? Lets hope 19 months goes by very very fast and always remember were all here :) x

I've got the texts on my phone still. Welfare hadn't heard about them funnily enough, they soon will! I think they are angling for a move themselves, why else would you come out with these crazy things?! My DH told them most of our side but he wasn't here and missed a few vital things, although this whole saga is just crazy in my opinion and I don't really want to carry on with it but now they've made the complaint official we have to reply I suppose or it makes us look guilty (of throwing eggs and peering in windows:rotfl:)
Good grief - the things some people make you put up with!!! Totally and utterly not your fault, so get that out of your head right now. As for the RSPCA????

Good on hubby on recognising that sometimes NSD's need to go to heck. Sit back, relax (as much as you can) and enjoy that wine.

    Take care of yourself.
We managed to scrape together the money for wine and chocolate from pockets, purses and change jar so no money was taken from my budget in the bank anyway :T

I think i'm more fuming with the rspc^ than the neighbours (who clearly have something mentally wrong with them:eek:) how dare they break their policy of promised anonymity:mad:

Wow I am lost for words. Like a previous poster said, is there not any way you can request to be temporarily moved to another area on camp. It is shocking how 1 person can make your life a misery.

I know none of it is your fault, but I really feel there is no winning against this completely unreasonable woman. Is there ANY way you can move away sooner than 19 months?. Family etc.

I really feel for you, especially with your husband going away soon. Do you have any friends you could go to stay with while he is away. I know it will make you feel like she is winning, but who cares, you just need to get away from her.

Enjoy that bottle of wine, bless your Dh for going to get it for you. What is his opinion? Has he chatted to her husband/partner??. Sometimes some women (i.e her) can get a little overly involved with things and sometimes the men can talk calmly and logically to resolve the issue?. I imagine you have tackled this already, but just thoughts...

I wish there was an instant solution to putting an end to it. I feel for you hun.

    xxx
We had a chat last night about whether we should ask for a move the thing is it would come out of our pocket unless we were to escalate our complaint so high (going through the police etc) that it's just not worth my mental health to do this ....we want to save save save and get out of here asap.

DH chatted to her hubby at the door step last week it wasn't friendly though and he'd come round for a fight more than a "let's clear the air" attitude. After all the slanderous things they've said about us and our kids we're just not interested in making peace now. Think the way forward is to just pretend they are not there :(

There were more bizarre things ...honestly I just am so shocked that they thought people would even believe them....our welfare officer was on our side completely and told us to reply and leave it at that because they seem to have some sort of hidden agenda (which I think is to move to another area....!)

Wow your neighbour never seizes to amaze me lol. Don`t let her bring you down. When you see her walk past and smile big smiles at her.
I think big complaints to RSPCA are necessary. Enjoy your weekend.

OMG DFW, I cant believe all this has been happening. Im even more shocked about the RSPC@ thing, would certainly make people think twice about complaining if they cant keep things anonymous!

Good plan pretend theyre not there and maybe they will get moved... neighbours... who :rotfl:!! Chin up x

Nothing worse than horrible neighbours. The powers that be are going to have - cant you just put a huge fence up - might be cheaper than moving and then you can pretend they are not there.
  • Plan is going well to ignore them! DH went outside for a cigarette and they were out there cleaning up after the dog (she'd shredded a broom into pieces  ?!) and they put down the dustpan and brush and stomped off inside :rotfl:. Living in such a small space is not nice for anyone and the fact that all our gardens are separated on both sides by just chicken wire only makes this worse but I will just get on with it and try and focus on my goals (obviously I will probably have days where I fail at this and will probably be on here ranting about it :o:rotfl:)

I've done a meal plan for 11 days from Monday - payday. I'm hoping to get by on what I have in the bank (and child benefits due over that time too) I've done really well and saved my £600 & £150 emergency fund and not dipped into either and I've still managed to buy things for the house that needed replacing so i'm very happy with this. However DH seems determined to scupper my February's budget already! He has given me a list as long as my arm of things he needs (clothes wise) for rugby . I'm not impressed! I will be looking on fleabay me thinks! He's budgeted £40+ for boots I was thinking more like £10 :rotfl:(second hand).

I keep checking my DPS account to see if the tenant has tried to claim any deposit back from the claim I put in. Nothing so far.....so Hoping and praying that she won't and the money will be paid back to me before the end of Jan some time (or early Feb at the latest) and I can use that to bump up my savings. I know I still have 19 months but I feel the pressure is on already especially as we want to Buy rather than rent. So we will need money to cover fees as well as deposit etc. I've spent a fair while today g00gling a loan we can get interest free from DH's work. It is up to half of his wage for a year so he should be entitled to £15k....I should be able to save £10k before next year when we will be looking to move. So I'm thinking that's £20k for a deposit and the rest for fees, removals etc although I will look into exact things I need to save for closer the time I think this is a good estimation (I hope! Can you imagine if it's double ). I've got a focus....and it's all that is keeping me sane right now! Houses in the area we like and at the right size (4 bed) are selling currently at around £160-185k (dependant on garden size and location mainly for huge difference) so i'm praying that the prices don't shoot up too much and price us out. Focus on the end goal...........

Hope everyone is ok, i will catch up with you all tomorrow as DH has been with me all day today (I think making sure that I'm not sending random emails complaining about everyone :rotfl:....he probably thinks i'm on the verge of another breakdown :p)

  • What a terrible situation. The RSPCA are bang out of order, I hope whoever passed the emails on gets dealt with. Little comfort for what you're having to put up with.

  • morning!

Well i'm off shopping today instead of tomorrow as kids are moaning they are fed up of fruit for snacking on. I told them to stop snacking altogether then and it didn't go down too well ;)

I've got a meal plan for lunches, dinners & breakfasts for the next 10 days and i'm hoping I can get it under £100 for all of this.....we'll see that's quite a tall order I suppose so may not be possible ;) thing is my spreadsheet doesn't quite tally up with my bank account ? It was all going perfectly up until around the beginning of last week when both were the same and now my bank account is waaay below what my spreadsheet says I should have  not sure what i've missed so I will have to be clever here with money I think. Still is possible to come in budget with what I have left but a lot of home cooking and telling the kids to stop eating all day long from now on I think :p (this will go down well i'm sure!)

So a day in the shops and in the kitchen is planned for me today, not fun at all as I hate cooking :o!
