Annoys me can't change the title of this diary, Anyway having a look into figures seriously, Targets aim to be down below 7K by first week in May. 6k by July. I reckon if I can get another lodger could move my DFD to March 2015 and get my life back. Going to try harder hehe

Today cleared my sainsbury cc 20.43 not a great deal but another one bites the dust.
Paid 86.30 off in total of all cards today. Bit miffed as got charged 4.42 interest on my Barclaycard cc thought I had paid it off before interest free period ended.
    Total debt under 7.5K 7449.65 today:beer:

The interest charge has made me realise I was starting to slip back into paying with my credit cards too much for stuff lately. Good wake up call:money:

Well its Friday and all my power steering fluid has leaked from my car - woe is me.

Nevermind just hope it gets me home from work, got friend looking at it tomorrow, stop me going out tonight and spending any money.

Going to moan to here, I seem to get debts down and something always comes along to spoil best laid plans of mice and men.

Good news lodger away for the weekend so will be nice to have my house back to myself. Not looking forward to having two of them for the month of May BUT it is all about killing these credit cards.

Really fed up, life just seems to be about doing house up, work and scrimping all the time. Roll on DFD which will be March 2015 now - determined.

No movement on the debt front looking likely for the time being.

Well car came in at 370 thanks to a kind dog walking friend who did the job for me. Had to part with cash tho. struggling now through May and will now be charged some interest on one credit card.

Good weekend, had a trip to shops and bought few clothes.
Think sometimes you can be a bit too full on trying to pay cc back. On strength of this booked myself two days in Cotswolds area in June. Been an awful year with number of deaths/illness in the family. So seeing a band I like and staying Premier Inn should be fun and not too expensive.

Plan to get weeks rent off my new lodger tonight, wine and chill out after dog walk.:A
Moved huge bag of chippings in my garden yday and dug up turf- ache all over. Radox bath needed -feeling my age.

No progress on debts - may have gone up slightly oops. Back on track now:rotfl:

Balance now stands at 7168.69 45% of debt paid
Looking forward to getting under 7k next week when lodger pays final rent payment. New lodger then needed.
My next milestone is to reach 6520.00 50% figure by August hopefully.

No plans for the weekend, paid extra cash into my ccards.
Will concentrate on house clean Sunday
Outing with Grandson and daughters Sat.
    Meet boyfriend Monday
    Little or minimum spend hopefully.

Seems to be drying up here. Hope to get my washing dried today, had left it out over night soaking this morning.
May dig out clothes to sell on ebay, sold a maxi dress and a top last week.
    Rest didnt sell.
Eating far too much lately. Tomorrow more exercise and less food.

Thank you ELM. Didn't overspend over weekend either ten pounds on plants and 15 pounds on an Indian takeaway last night, treat for bf as he turned up in day with a gorgeous picnic together with wine. We sat on beach for a few hrs - how bank holidays should be:)

Got a cheque back from Welsh Hospitals for dentist last week, so paid that off one card.
Somehow got 2.78 interest charged on my barclaycard its only a small amount but annoyed me anyway.
Balance stands today at 7139.47 would have been 45 pounds less but as naughty me bought a dress and top online. May take the top back when it arrives to try and get back on track:eek:

Well the dress and top I ordered are not as nice as I thought, so trip to the shop tomorrow and a refund of 45 pounds back onto my credit card. Makes more sense.

Weighed myself this morning - shock horror. Ok haven't done much exercise over weekend as my back has been playing up. Now my scales have creeped up to 13st 1lb. never ever weighed this much, even when pregnant. Thought about buying a juicer, but to save money at moment, will start making homemade soups and stop eating rubbish, long walks planned.

Today cancelled my Welsh Hospital insurance. Pity as they have been brilliant paying out for my glasses and dental costs last few months but up to max claim allowed in a 2yr period. Will now look into Denplan costs just prefer to pay monthly.

Responded to advert on spare room, as my lodger leaves in 2 weeks time so fingers crossed I get a new one.

Need to do a balance transfer as I will not be able to pay off all of one credit card by 1.7.14.

No progress on credit card reduction today, won't have time to sort anything to sell on ebay tonight. Collecting Grandson after work, how demanding are 2 3/4yr olds ;-)
