    Irritated.

The buyer has noticed that I have had the property extended and want planning permission documents etc. No, I haven't ever had the house extended, such documentation does not exist. :wall: The buyer would like Ferma documentation for replacement doors. Doors that were replaced over 20 years ago. I don't think so :wall: The buyer is beginning to irritate me. Added to the fact she's not sure she wants to buy everything she said she did, it's not started the day on a good note!

I've hammered out a reply to my solicitor and sent her a cheery email saying don't worry about buying the bits from around the house, I've had plenty of interest from friends and the rest can go on eb@y - stick that in your pipe....

Anyhoo, my hair is a lot shorter, just below chin length, it's okay, will look better [I hope] when I've washed it and it looks less hairdressery :D I asked for the choppy bob that Cameron Diaz has, not sure that I got it however....

My Chaos warrior is up to £10.50  He's only an inch tall. Wish I had an army of them. He must have been a deserter.

Work was hard last night, only person on, so I had to tend bar, cook, clean and cash up when it was very busy. Nine hours solid without sitting down once :( Let's hope tonight is not more of the same.

Two more items up on eb@y, not sure if they'll go. There almost seems to be a random dice throwing exercise as to what will sell and what will not. I've started putting party dresses up in the hope people will buy for Christmas parties.

    Hi

I am also finding Ebay a bit hit and miss. Having to relist a few times on some items and some stuff goes really easily. Can't always tell anymore! Bonkers really but every little helps.

I am holding out on the haircut front but it's getting tricky. Hair straighteners having to be used every day just to keep it in check! If I weigh up the heating bill v. the cost of a cut I might be surprised!

Your buyer needs to set a firm date for the move. Maybe threaten to put house back on market? Think you'd get a replacement buyer. Maybe set a timelimit as you don't need time wasters..

    Have a great eve x

  • Sorry about flaky buyer. Why oh why do they always pull these stunts at the last minute? I think it's because they think it gives them the upper hand. Well I'd call their bluff. Pffftttttttt!

I get my hair cut every 12 weeks. Luckily I'm a simple CBD kind of bird. Haven't the spendage available for curling or colouring anyways.

Eb@y is not my friend at the moment, nothing is really selling and I seem to take forever to list anything and that in itself takes it's toll on my lack of patience.

    C'est moi

It's been a bit of a week. My Dad's dialysis failed because he had an aneurism (sp?) meaning he had to have an operation. He is fine now and back home, thank goodness. But it meant I had to drive Mum to the hospital everyday as well as work every evening, I found I was too tired to do any thing like my diary:o

Luckily, normal service, such as it is, has resumed.

The solicitors of my house buyer are being hemorrhoids. They want a certificate for just about everything, I don't have anything they require. I have instructed my solicitor to tell them that I will cancel the sale. The buyers knew that the house was old and needed work done on it and any work that has been done was done at least ten years ago. They can sling their hook.... In the meantime the buyer keeps contacting me wanting to buy almost the entire house contents as she loves it so much - very very irritated

On the good news front, my tiny Chaos warrior who went on eb@y at 99p sold for the magnificent sum of £35.00 :T Along with several boxed games that were missing all sorts of bits my eb@y total stands at just over £2K :T I still have more stuff up there with bids on. I must gather some energy to list some more bits and pieces. The darker evenings do not make for good photographs though.
