Not entirely sure about this as my bathroom scales show 3 different versions depending on where they are located - weird thing is that 2 of those locations both appear to be level according to spirit level
?? Third location showed a 9lb loss and had a very nice view from the window but i must have been standing at some kind of Superman angle...
Well done anyway :T, I'll update your total on my post, and Toto will update the main one when she's back online."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Well done for not putting anything on Lucy - if you've not been on a diet as such but are managing to maintain your weight, that's got to be a good thing!
Pap, I do believe you are sounding more upbeat again - hurray!!! :T"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I've heard bananas are very good for stabilising moods - although I think bananas are good for everything lol! In fact, I think I might have a banana obsession!!
Edit - Hope that didn't read as if I think you are moody....I just mean they help smooth out that 'up one minute, down the next' rollercoaster you were describing."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
snaggs i heard that too, only bananas dont last that long in our house :rotfl: will take the tip on board though and will 'try' and give it a test run0

Morning all.
I had a much better day yesterday. Food was really good, today I will be eating:
2 Weetabix + skimmed milk
Apple
Banana
Bacon and cheese salad followed by a yogurt
Ham to snack on
Chicken Hotpot (homemade ready meal) with fresh veg and new potatoes.
Possibly a treat if I've been really good like I was yesterday when I resisted the cakes in Tesco... Mmmmmm....Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
morning all :j another day woohoo at least its a day off :rotfl: today i am trying to find some set meals that is allowed in my calorie allowance... its great losing weight but when they nick calories back from you a your normal safe day goes out the window  also i am over a week over my tablets
ie i havent taken them since thurs 19th
opps so i now have to get them into me (it has to be done 1/2 a week as it makes you ill otherwise) so that will be fine mmm
hope you all have a great day and stick to your plans, i must say i need some recipies... will have to have a google session on the web me thinks... if i can stop reading this site :rotfl:0 -
What sort of foods do you like Pap? Favourite meals etc?
I bet we could come up with loads of recipes between us."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

aww thanks snaggles i like anything really no garlic thoughbut i want some things i can bulk make then freeze so its easier for me, at the moment i have spag bol (using pasta) and my veg tower... but when you work out the cal in these things its like  my cal now are only 1579 and they will drop once i lose weight ~ scary...
i am also deciding what to do about lunches as i am taking my soup in but i always seem to (as i am working there) take something up from the cafe, which isnt good for my diet/money however this is due to the vendor being broken ~ if the food was in the vendor i would refuse to buy it ~ strange huh
however i have had a nice week just eating what i like but not pigging out but i need to hop back on... 2 dress sizes to go :rolleyes:0
