Oh...lol....it was just a joke, cos ZTD calls me voluptuous (I stamped my feet until he gave in and gave me a nickname... :D).

Hello peeps! Hope you're all well!

Well done on your weight loss Snaggles!

Well have eaten mega boring foods again all day...had porrige for brekkie...topped with a little sugar (a few months ago it would have been about 5 heaped tablespoons but today had about a level teaspoon!), WM pittas for lunch filled with chicken and salad and a small drop of chilli sauce - yum! Tea was some boring packet pasta! Having a nice cup of horlicks at the mo, so hope to sleep well tonight. Was going out for a run today and my fella said he would come with me..I told him to pick an easy route and he picked a 5 miler with 2 mega huge hills to run up :( Reluctanly agreed but felt amazing once I had finished...really proud of myself considering 3 weeks ago I couldn't run at all! Did it without stopping too...and had a sudden burst of energy at the end and tried to beat my fella...but he cheated, cut across the grass and beat me! Oh well! Really loving this running malarky, hope it will help tone up the legs and keep the weight down! Anyhoooos, better be off to bed soon! Take care everyone and good luck to us all next week!

Nah, some of us more 'voluptuous' ones have managed to find lovely men. :) Being unlucky in love doesn't seem to be dependant on size/shape/appearance - look at Robbie Williams - millions of women (not me) think he's gorgeous/funny/sexy.....and yet you sort of get the impression he's sad and lonely.

Likewise Jennifer Aniston - absolutely beautiful, but got dumped from a great height IN PUBLIC!

I'm very impressed!!!!! Wish I had your energy. I did a 3 mile walk this week whilst away and I know I looked like a bit red tomato by the time I finished!!! The first half was partly uphill so i'm blaming my knackered state on that!!!

    It was worth it though.

I'm impressed too Dk - I would love to be able to run, but I've got seriously dodgy joints and it just hurts too much.

Ooops, there goes another flimsy excuse... :rotfl:

Thanks Keren! I have this schedule that I found online to help me go from not having done any running to being able to run a half marathon within 15 weeks (15 weeks being run day!)...Everyone laughs at me for using a schedule, but I know without it I would find any excuse under the sun so that I wouldn't have to run...but now I am really loving it! Gives me such a buzz, it's great! Well done on the walk, I know what you mean about the red face...I get that alot, running or walking...look red as a beetroot! Even after a shower too!
