Do you like quorn at all? I make things like shepherds pie, chilli, keema curry (mince & pea curry), spag bol, lasagne, etc etc, all with quorn mince. I'm not sure about the calorie content, but a whole bag of quorn is only 4.5 points on weightwatchers, so it must be quite low
I've just found a bag of Quorn mince in the freezer that needs using - not a clue what to do with it though

It's frozen. What I meant was, do I dry fry it like I would normal mince, or just add it to a sauce

just use it like normal mince spud - you can just chuck it in the pan from frozen and use it for bolognaise etc.

What is wrong with me today?????? I can't stop eating!! (and no, I haven't got worms before someone quotes my Nan's favourite phrase!!!)
sigh......so far, I've had
3 slices wholemeal toast
spread on said toast
tsp marmalade
4 rashers streaky bacon
2 individual healthy eating tesco trifle pots
bowl of fruit and fibre with skimmed milk
I've literally finished the cereal as I'm typing this and I still want to eat.
God knows what is wrong with me today!!!!
