    Morning all

Had a bad night last night as Sam wouldn;t go to sleep in his own bed so he slept with us - which was lovely - but he is all arms and legs and elbows and knees - when did my little boy get so big

Anyway, glad to see you back Tig xxx

Snaggles - well done on the walking, you'll soon be doing The Great North Run ;)

Superpap -- wwaaayyy haaaay - great bank balance - well done you :T

Keren - I'm sorry but i'm going to slap your OH right round his chops and then castrate him  You are a beautiful lady and he has no right to speak to you like that

Sammy - enjoy your food, glad you are eating something proper at least ;)

Lucy - well done for not putting any on, thats an acheivement in itself :T

Right, I'm off to empty my Inbox as I've had a message from the mods that its full
They are doing more tests on Oscar this morning so waiting for a phone call, keep your fingers crossed for me please.

Oh and my Dad phoned last night to see if I wanted any Baileys fetching back from Turkey (yum yum but not very fat free) anyway so I told him what had happened and he told me to go to his house to get his credit card (he told me where it was and what the pin mumber etc was) so I went to get the keys for their house and the b*ggers have stolen all the keys too. There is no way they can identify my Dads house but I phoned the police just in case but if they did, by a very small chance try and break in which I think is very unlikely, the alarm will go off and it will go to ADT ITMS. Anyway, Andy is upset cos they have taken the spare garage key and it has all his bits and parts and doors and tyres and more of VW's in it (if it were down to me they could take the lot and then we could get the car in :rotfl: :rotfl: ) but i am being very understanding and concerned for him  Luckily he only works till 12 today so he will come home and change the lock.

Where was I ? Oh yes - INBOX

    bye for now xxxx

PAP - good on you for not spending the money then.. Not sure I understand the gaming lark - LOL.

Keren - spelt it right this time! I have an issue with men and their smug ways that undermine womens confidence. I used to be married to just such an !!!!!!! Its catch22 - stay and slowly your confidence fades and you haven't then got the confidence to go.

I left and haven't looked back. He was always putting me down and making me feel small and stupid - when in reality I'm not and I wasn't. I always laugh now if I see him (he's bald and ugly and I'm not)...

I would leave chick - right now! Walk out the door, don't turn around now!

well...........sigh........this was the conversation as I woke this morning

OH: You've got another new skirt hanging on the back of the door, maybe if you lost weight you could fit into the ones you already have

ME: I've lost 8 pounds in the last 4 weeks

OH: You are bigger now than at anytime we have been together

ME: No, I'm the same as when we first met. I've a skirt in the wardrobe I wear now that I used to wear when we met

OH: Well, it must have been loose then

    ME: No, it was tight

OH: Well, you ned to lose weight

ME: so find yourself a slimmer model

OH: no, you should just lose weight

He then got up and looked at the tag (I'm guessing he saw the size) and went something like 'christ/yuck' and when I asked him why he had said it, he just said 'no reason'.

    I'm not happy.

Keren that's awful, I can't believe he'd act like that! It's just bullying, plain and simple. Just because he's so damn perfect... Looks like you were ready to go before your fall, so maybe give yourself a little bit of time to feel better and then shove the letter in his smug face and watch him wibble like a pathetic little jelly

Sorry, stuff like this makes me angry  :o

Keren, I'm a great believer in not doing things in the heat of the moment. Sometimes I think if you storm out in anger, when you calm down you can feel full of regret, and end up going back, tail between your legs, which would just re-enforce all your negative feelings about yourself. Choose a time when you are calm and determined, make the decision, and if you decide you want to leave, then go, and don't look back. If you need to talk anything through, we're here to listen.

Weight loss this week - 0, total weight loss so far 2lb

Toto - would it be easier if we have a set format for reporting our weight losses so they're easier for you to pick out if you're just skimming through? We could always make sure they're on the first line of our post, in bold, something like I've done on this post?

(that's not my weigh-in for this week btw, just an example of how we could do it....although it's actually correct, unfortunately!)
