Hellooooooo! Can you tell I've had a couple of drinks??? :):):):)

But I've stayed within my points (newly reduced to 26) all week except yesterday when I went 2 points over (but have about 16 exercise points banked so it should be fine). If I don't lose weight this week, I'm off for lipo! On finance!!!! :rotfl:

(Shall I start apologising now for silliness or wait until the clear head and embarrassment kicks in tomorrow???)

Love you all - Tigtag, where are yaaaa??? Hope you're okay?

She fell asleep really early so I'm expecting her awake at about 3am for a feed..... The thing is, I never have more than 2 drinks because I'm still feeding her, but I just seem to get...well... not drunk exactly, but very silly....:o

Suppose I'd really better try and go to bed then eh? Night night xxx

sammy Be careful on that slimfast ;) you do realise there are 200 calories in one shake! you could have an egg on toast for less,I know what I'd rather have  :D

    LIH

But is that egg on toast with BUTTER! :rotfl:

I can see where you are coming from LIH but the idea with this, is that i am not having to think about what I am eating for breakfast and lunch. I can just grab it and run. I think my stomach is just getting used to not eating sooooo much, don't forget I have just come off a cruise with a 24 hour running buffet. :rotfl:

I think I am going through the equivalent of cold turkey.

I had this tin of slimfast in the cupboard so I am using it up. (very mse:rotfl: ) I will see how I go today. I am very interested to see if it works!

I was so disappointed. Oh well there's always next week.

  • morning all, just wanted to say i feel really really sick today :( my stomach is killing me... what do i do eat and maybe risk vomiting or do i starve myself till later?

oh and i just wanted to show you this ~ £1,495.79... thats all the money i have in the world  but the exciting bit is my account has never been over £1,000 before :T i know its sad but when you are on a piddly wage its nice to see your bank account so much in the black/postive... anyway i cant spend it as most of its my savings :rotfl:

PAP - sorry to hear you are feeling sick. Stay away from milk based foods. I find toast or digestive biscuits to nibble on the best thing if you are feeling sick. It keeps the hunger at bay.

And well done on the account balance - if that was mine I would be whooping it up round the street! And it is especially good if you are on a piddly wage!!!!

Lucy - don't worry - i used to find when I went to slimming world that my weigh in was always a week behind IYKWIM. For example I could be bad one week and my weigh in would be okay but then I would put on the week after.

Just keep up the good work.

    Today I am having

    Breakfast - slimfast
    Snack - mini cheddars
    Lunch - Slimfast
    Snack - Fruit

Tea - Chinese barbecued chicken and something - not quite sure what the something will be yet - suggestions welcomed.. Just off to marinate the chicken now.. (This is a slimming world recipe taken from the latest slimming world mag - yum yum - tomorrow I am going to try the homemade lamb burgers)
