Try to do something for you today. Have a good old cry by all means but also try to focus on things that you do want to do rather than what you feel you've lost.

bloody stupid if he has half a brain. He'll be crawling back, they always do. Although what you choose to do when he does is up to you.

I do think you've done the right thing, and I know it hurts but keren, he was battering you emotionally. You've had enough of that haven't you. Be strong, go and stare in a mirror and tell yourself you are wonderful, beautiful and deserve someone who loves every inch of you size 8 or 80.
