i love paps smileys i thin it was the first thing that made me read her words (the smileys) then when i started reading i realised she is a fantastic person as well so double bonus so to speak ....if anyone needs a bouncer add me in as well... i'm feeling very protective of my virtual friends right now...now tell me who has been messing with my toto and i'll go fix em....

Sorry to hear about the nastiness

Just been asleep for a few hours! Stopped me eating at least! Had pasta and cheese for tea, wilil have some more in a min and having 2nd good day of the week on the diet!

And we'll do it together - I know its a shock - it was a massive when I got my first BMI, then when I was told what I'd need to lose just to be obese :eek: :eek: I couldn't believe it.

Do you know what, I've been reading and thinking, I know you can't quite believe it but I have and one thing has stood out for me on this thread - that it isn't just about losing the weight, its about getting to know each other and forming friendships and the support, whether weight issue or other, is amazing and I really feel now, if I didn't before (but I did) that people do care and people will not judge you and I don't know of anywhere else that I could open up like I do and get the support and advice and friendship like I do on this thread. Its brought us all together and I am grateful for that, very grateful.

So we all need to pat ourselves on the back :T :T :T

but see you never know anything before you start dieting, but i must agree we will all get there, even if we reach our goals ion 10 days or 100 that doesnt matter we will all get there
