Why do you think it's inconvenient?! Some people, like myself, need to transfer money from one account to another to ensure existing payments are met and, not being anywhere near a branch of Lloyds, it's inconvenient.

I think for many people when you have to manage money so tightly they need that convenience of being able to check the money instantly or on the go....thankfully I can now access.
I think Lloyds need to consider putting service updates on their homepage.0 -
I am not registered for telephone banking and do not have the time during my lunch half-hour to sort that out. I bank online, and it is inconvenient to myself and many others that the online banking system is down. Hence this thread. Are people not allowed to be inconvenienced by a service that is not functioning properly?0

So you can't actually give telephone banking a call and get them to transfer money from one account to another for you, since internet banking is down?
