Lloyds TSB Online Banking

Hi,
Is anyone else have trouble accessing Lloyds online banking today?
I entered my USER ID and Password once and received this message:
9200162 : Unfortunately you've exceeded the maximum number of attempts for entering your login details. Your access to Internet Banking has been suspended. Please click on the link below to reset your details and restore your access.
I try and re-set it but it comes up with a time out error.
I'm going to phone them shortly to see if there are any issues, but wondered if anyone else had problems today?

Well tried phoning but apparently they are experiencing exceptionally high call volumes so maybe other people are having difficulty!
They said its a 20 minutes wait on the phone to be connected!0 -
yep, it is up the creek. Same problem for me. I am just waiting for CS to answer the phone0

Same for me, managed to change pw and mem inf still cannot logon.
Tried calling and line hangs up after message.0 -

Thanks both! I am always wary when there is an issue with online banking and technical difficulties in case it is an issue with me / my computer etc., so am feeling more reassured that others are also impacted - although obviously not wanting us to be impacted in the first place would help!0

I managed to get through to someone who said they just need to put me on hold for a "wee while" to speak to their Internet team. Last 3 minutes I now keep getting "Thank you for waiting. We will answer your call as soon as possible". Total call duration so far: 14 minutes.0

Yes, same problem here for me as well. I thought I'd had somebody trying to get into my account and reset details only to find it still won't let me in and then went searching for a thread like this to reassure me. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
I wonder if it has anything to do with LloydsTSB now being just Lloyds?

Yes it was fine earlier. Blew up in the last half hour.
Wonder whether they also blew up their CS since nobody is answering the phone now.0
