  • Same on the lloyds account I get ''9200162 : Unfortunately you've exceeded the maximum number of attempts for entering your login details'' Tried unlocking and reset my pass, and even phoned up the automated voice service that lead me into still having no access to my account, so ............. *Face-desk

    Nice to know The bank has more knowledge on my money now than me!

    Calling CS now gives you a message that "unforeseen circumstances" prevent them from offering this service..........................
  • ye getting the same here on lloyds , CS number is just ringing , Halifax worked fine for me though

    LOL, if you ring their Internet banking helpdesk on 02076499437, you get a msg saying for business banking customers they recently introduced a 1 hour dealy for security reason. Then they hang up.

  • Glad that it isn't just me having problems. I thought that something sinister was going on. I have telephoned them but the automated woman hung up on me. Charming!

    They've corrected the error message, but still no internet banking.

    Finally, after 30 minutes, someone answered the phone again. Just to say their website is down, they have no outlook when it will be back, and the reason I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to answer the phone is that they are extremely busy.

    I didn't hear him say "sorry" once.

    Terrible service all the way.
