If you plan a bit in advance you should build up enough ingredients to be able to choose from a range of meals. Here is the 9p burger

http://agirlcalledjack.com/2013/04/06/carrot-cumin-kidney-bean-burger-9p/
You should be able to make loads of these at once, and freeze them
Thanks, I'm actually thinking of trying that for lunch (not really a main meal if you ask me) one day or as part of a BBQ.
I have to admit a few months back there is no way on this earth I'd try a 9p burger, just because it was a "9p burger"
. Now I'm just thinking "why not"? If it's not very nice, I can always have something else. 2018 totals:

I just mostly eat what needs using - unless I really fancy something.
Will private message you about the blog stuff.
That's where frugality and I do not mix, as I often buy something (an ingredient), use it once and throw the rest away.
Also, thank you.

Hello Alex!
So you have no took notice when I suggested you earlier to read 'rich dad poor dad'? ;-( hahaha buh!
Anyway, Kiyosaki has a great business model, the core, investing in 'appreciating assets'! BUT he always emphasises the idea that the biggest investment a person can make is oneself! You are the most important asset! So in line with that, you are working in plugging in your skills gap to innovate your business. :-) Uffff there are plenty of build your own web page on line which you were given details of them in the past too...
Anyway, I read that you 'lack motivation' so perhaps you can read about what motivates entrepreneurs in the SMEs matters and there are great articles in the entrepreneur magazine too!

Iwillsucceed: I'm sorry to have upset you.
Yes, I lack motivation and often forget to do things I intend to on not only the first occasion but into the forth or fifth time it is mentioned. I am a waster. Whilst, I understood the book was as much about investment in the self as it was in appreciating assets that part is rather difficult to grasp when you are the person you hate the most in the world. 2018 totals:

Alex, you have not upset me! :-) I was just playing.. But I did suggest t before. It doesn't surprise me though that perhaps you've not notice as it appears that some of the participants have to repeat and repeat themselves a lot .. Till, one day you come back and say you 'realised'! I guess this forum is what is all about... Supporting each other.
Remember calling myself a 'waster'? Yes, I have my days still but I am not going to punish myself for the things I believe I did wrong! To the point I hated myself for doing so just like you! There were times I wish I regressed to those past times to make things better but as you know we can't!
What we CAN though, is to have the courage to change our pains into strengths! To change fear into freedom! Mistakes into wisdom! What about it eh? Lets change things we have control of! If you want to pay off some of your debt what about stopping spending £4 a day in coffee most of the days? It's about £80 a month! No debts 🙌0 -
Night, night Alex! Sleep tight and remember that every day is a new beginning! No debts 🙌0

, I can be somewhat inattentive. Perhaps, what people say to me lurks at the back of my mind until one day I do something about it and, erm "realise".
Yes, I ought to give up the cafe visits, realised I spent over £5.00 on it today. Nothing to be proud of.
Today has confirmed why I do not want to be a school teacher! More later. :rotfl:2018 totals:
