In response:
Mrsscattercushion: Thank you, I realised early on that a corporate environment was not right for me. I hope you are right about my son.
Gallygirl: I see none of that making you a failure and understand everybody has different "talents", I just suppose I'd give up everything I'm good at to be somebody else if I could.
HBS: Mrs. K. has already had her "words". Trying not to irritate coach, does a NSD today count towards me being put back in the good books?
Pippishortsock: Thank you for your post! I shall certainly look up the website stuff and have saved your post in a folder on my computer. Do you mind me contacting you in the future if I get stuck re. Website making? I'm not the most technologically "savvy" of people.
Mara: I had, not really sure what's happening with it now though. I've realised I've royally messed up these past couple of days.
Roland: Thank youI always find your posts encouraging. Your post did make me think about the kind of person I am (not a very nice one), perhaps I'll be able to "grow up" a little and change in the future though. A few people have told me I need to quash the negativity, I will try.
Ali: Thank you for all your comments, they are much appreciated.Unfortunately, I do not have a lot to say as I'm just "taking it all in" at the moment.
However, I know exactly what you mean about parents, my father didn't used to be anywhere near so forgiving, he's mellowed considerably since we began speaking again.
Patanne: Thank you. I would certainly like to think I am up to that particular challenge.
Chev: There has been a part of me "proving" I could do the debt busting then seeing things were financially much better and then buying "treats". Need to get out of that mind set and start doing some more of the simple things I started with at the beginning of my diary (walking to post office with son and only the right amount of money springs to mind).
Mrs. K. is having a week away, she's not very pleased with my actions. I hope I can make her proud though at some point in the future, thank you for the motivation.
I will try to bear that in mind about my son and just try to do my best (as I always have done).
Colcalls: Thank you for the positive vibes.
Hokey: Thank you for your input, though I found your post very difficult to read. No idea why I "disgust" you and I'm not sure what I say which is offensive. However, I wish you luck too and will probably still read your diary without contributing.
Littlegreenparrot: Thank you, I do the things you said all too often. You have not misunderstood, in fact I rather wonder if it's more I've misunderstood myself at times. As for my house: it's got a slightly leaky roof, the kitchen and bathroom suite are very old and the boiler has been on it's way out for years. I suppose I'd like somewhere bigger too. However, on the plus side, it's got plenty of outdoor space and lots of character.
Echo: You gave me a lot to think about, can't answer at this stage but thanks.
Ali: As above.
MaddieMay / HBS: Thank you.
Roland: I'm OK, though son has been difficult to get settled down for obvious reasons. Ought to make the Elf do something extra special this evening, though I'm not feeling particularly creative.2018 totals:

Not at all. I'm happy to try and help. I'm no expert but, as you might be able to tell, I am a bit of a geek.
Sorry you've been temporarily abandoned again - be brave!0 -

Thank you, I don't really feel like starting tonight but I've no doubt you'll end up getting a couple of questions!

Monday 9th December, 2013.
Day 100!
Dear Diary,
Well, I'm still here and today has been the ultimate in MSE; a No Spend Day! Generally it's been just another manic Monday with plenty of work to be done and a new order. Tomorrow brings another busy day with hopefully another two orders on the cards. Thankfully master K. is attending nursery tomorrow and seems somewhat preoccupied by the fact he is "nearly three years and one month old". Yep, I'd rather like to be that age too. Ironic to think as a child all one wants to be is a "grown up", yet when the reality of being the said grown up strikes all one yearns to be is a seven year old once again. Even so, I'd choose to be a little older than three; seven was a good age or perhaps seventeen if I do have to be that bit more responsible.
The Elf has too been a busy boy, covering a chair (and himself) in "snow" and inviting some friends over for the party. Never knew Elves had friends from as exotic locations as Africa, India and the Amazon Rainforest.
On the debt busting front, it's been a result day - £360 towards my debts from more things I no longer wanted sold on eBay.
Summary:
-£0.00 = NSD
+£50.00 Music Teaching.
Yours Faithfully,

Echo: I'm still trying, though seem to be failing so far as having an early night goes. Half looking at the new piece of music I started not long ago, though know it's too late.
Too true re. youth being wasted on the young! :rotfl: Though I'm sure my parents would say they wished they were 32, so perhaps not so "old" yet, eh?2018 totals:
