This Time I'm Really Going To Do It

Good god. 4 of the 9 - and badmemory's extremely apposite *awful* memory. That programme sounds really valuable, watty - a statistic like that means it's structural, I don't care how small the sample group is. I hope you're really, really proud of being able to see the process through to the end and come out with the settlement you wanted. You still need the healing, of course, but you fought for your rights, and you won.2023: the year I get to buy a car6

Thanks for the support all. Sometimes I wonder if it was a bad dream or if I made it up which is why the domestic abuse programme was really helpful. I still struggle with that concept but it is over with now. I am making a new life.
Proud of myself as I'm continuing on my planned taper programme from the sleeping stuff and I've given up abusing painkillers and I've cut down my drinking substantially.
I do need to get my spending down but I'm managing, I'm not going overdrawn and I can pay off my credit card. I've even begun to create a budget for my new life. So far I've been honest with myself about how much the horses cost and how much the bills are in this house.
Step one was to regain myself from being lost in a fuzz of pills and wine to cope with life. The course helped me see that those had just become coping strategies as a results of what had happened to me and now I am rebuilding a life.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Got in a bit of a mess at work so need to catch up this weekend. Have also come to the uncomfortable realisation that I should also cut my drinking down with friends. I had too much fizz with girlfriends last night and don't feel great today.
My initial plan was only to drink socially but I'm now of the opinion that I need to drive everywhere so I do not drink more than one glass.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
