Thank you all.  I was awarded the Occupation Order.

I'll pop back and say more later but as I have not worked for the last 3 days as i have been in such a tizz I really need to work and not spend too long on here.  However I have the order.  I won't be free of my ex for a while as it does not come into force for 6 weeks (more of why later) but I have it and there is an end in sight now.

Very pleased to read hearing has gone your way but it sounds as if it was difficult emotionally. Hugs and hang on in there, hopefully light at the end of what has been a very long tunnel for you. Justice at last!

Fantastic news, that must be such a relief (to you at least), now you can have a chilled weekend knowing there is an end in sight for that part

Very glad to hear this - please look after yourself, the adrenalin overload from these weeks must be tremendous, when you come down off it you can get affected emotionally as well as physically.  Carry on taking care of you, you're an absolute star.
