Busy day, but had lunch bought for me by pal which was a treat. Then this evening went running. Have joined a club £19 a month as I think that will give me the motivation to keep running through the winter. Am with the 'rusty runners' group which is really lovely ...started at 3.5 k last week and 4 k this week. Aiming to build to 5 k over the next few weeks then will do 5 k over the winter.
